Ive wrote negative reviews of this location before. I would actually drive to another location because the food was always wrong or just not good, old fries and flat soda.

During a drive-thru visit on 1/20/26 at approximately 8:17 a.m., a staff member was overheard making a degrading comment about my mother’s appearance. She is elderly and handled it with composure, but my concern is that a remark like this could seriously affect someone else. I’ve reported the incident to corporate and hope the store addresses professionalism.

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, and they have me one with BITES TAKEN OUT OF IT!!!!
Fries and drnk were fine as well as one of the burgers. Ordered it without cheese and it was correct. No other problems with our order.

walked in for dine in, for late lunch on Sunday, very very few patrons inside, actually see a lady worker mopping the floor, unlike most. atmosphere pleasant and appears to be cleaner inside than most. A worker took my order and maybe a just few minutes later she came out with my bag of food. efficient and organized, unlike most. i commend this lady worker. my chicken nuggets smell like fish though…..i observed apparent manager lady with black hair actually directly the staff. thank you for over all good visit. if done in maybe give a tray instead of a bag. maybe check why nuggets smell like fish.

Order thru kiosk #55 for food to be taken to table. Well, the male with glasses the staff didn’t bring it to our table. Our food had been in the counter for more than 8 min. He had the audacity to go to the bathroom passed by us and didn’t bring the food to our table. We noticed that our food was coming and went to staff and she was like here it is who was the manager. Did told the manager about it but didn’t care less, the just said ok. We were the only Hispanics in there, and the other customer white, which they were having their food being delivered to their tables.

I get breakfast almost every morning at the highway 62 McDonald’s the morning manager Sonny is very disrespectful. Trying to get my drink order changed because I didn’t ask for an upsize drink he says to me that’s what I’m supposed to do and if I didn’t like the way he does his job he is sorry. I told him to not assume everyone wants to upsize. Then I asked for his managers name he said it was him and his name is Sonny. I will be speaking with his manager. I spend too much money there to be spoken in any type of way by anyone in anyway other than a paying customer the most of that locations staff is very unprofessional as I am closing examine my food believing they did something to it.

I stopped by this McDonald’s recently and was pleasantly surprised! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and my order was accurate (which doesn’t always happen everywhere). The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was fresh,not just slapped together.
The location was clean overall, though the bathroom could’ve used a little more attention. I also appreciated the working self-serve kiosks, which made ordering easier.

Went inside for early breakfast. Front counter attendant/ manager was barking loud orders at her crew. She reluctantly took my order with not so much as a thank you. When my order was ready she placed it on the counter and walked away. Never even glanced my way. I can’t imagine working in that kind of environment.

WORST LOCATION IVE EVER BEEN TO.
If you’re looking for quality, don’t come here. Everyone acts like they are being forced to work there at g- -point. You won’t get as much as a smile, a “thank you” or a “have a nice day”. I got cold kids meals and sugar water (asked for a sweet tea, a rare ‘treat’ for me) idk if they are using tea bags twice or cut the amount in half but they said it’s bc there was ice in it….do I look so young that I look like I’ve never had a McD’s tea before? I guess my standards are too high. I didn’t realize making tea was a skilled labor. I probably wouldn’t be as mad had the service been merely decent, but this location needs help. If they can’t do simple tasks, I’m sure they aren’t adamant about cleaning or food safety.
Upper management needs to send some secret shoppers and crack down on this location. I won’t be back, and I can’t believe they have ANY return customers.
