CROCKS
Went for lunch on a Sunday. The football game was on and it was nice to watch with some other invested fans. I was really excited to come here given their menu. Had a lot of really eclectic items. Not to many places you can get sushi and a French dip in the same spot. We started with the pretzel bites. They were below average and the serving size was tiny for the cost. The food in genral was just ok and reminded me of a pace I used to work, Splitsville. It felt mass produced and the attention to detail just was not there. My sandwich was very one note could have used a more flavor which says something when you are dipping it in broth. The texture was very nice. I did eat all of my meal and it was not bad by any means. I just wish it was more given the 90$ price tag after tip. The food was not good enough for the cost.

As soon as you walk through the doors you know you are going to enjoy all they have to offer! Justin was our waiter, he was amazing. I would have offered for him to join us! Our food was fresh and delicious. Grain salad with perfectly cooked salmon and a burger so big and juicy! Oh and for joining the mailing list we enjoyed a free appetizer, I highly recommend trying the cheesy tater tots.
I will be back!!!!

( Bartender Rachel gets 5 Stars Best Employee working there.) As for the rest of this place im not impressed for the food or service but this place has good potential to grow and be better. The food was good not great. The tomato cues cues was not at all edible tasted like sawdust. If your looking for a great cues cues go to the mission on the bay in Swampscott. That’s what I expect. Rachel was the only Employee that cared for my needs and made my terrible experience that much better by someone who showed that she cared. 5 stars for Rachel but as for I probably won’t be back.

I am sorry to have to write this. I am hoping Maggie’s will improve because we enjoy the Serenitee Restaurants we have been to. Maggies used to be our favorite. After not going for long time I found a $10.00 and a second $8.00 gift card in my bag and the same day Serenitee emailed that $10.00 had been loaded on to my frequent diner card. Our drinks were delicious and we commented about how nice and attentive the bartenders were. The food arrived and our go to order was nothing like we remembered from past visits. The buffalo and bbq wings were small and dry. The Pulled pork nachos were not well made, not as plentiful as in the past. Just ok for $22.00. Dried up pork not tender, melt in your mouth like we remembered from the past and a tbsp each of sour cream and guac. Nowhere near enough. We also both thought the bbq sauce recipe had changed too. We used to love it. We were disappointed the quality had gone down but were enjoying the vibe there. When it came time for the check, I mentioned to the previously friendly bartender that we had 2 small gift cards and wanted to use our points, asking if it was alright to use the points with the gift cards. He said you need the app which I showed him I had. He said I needed to reload it, which I did and it was the same as before. He left and didn’t come back. After waiting 15 minutes I called to the second nice bartender and he took my phone and figured it out so we used what we had brought. The issue we have is that it appeared they did not want to deal with the points on the serenitee card. We immediately remembered that we had that issue some time ago as well. The next day I received another email about points loaded and another one during the storm. We appreciate the points they offer, but don’t like feeling as if it was an imposition to have staff look into it. It was a little strange for staff to walk away instead of briefly helping us and having to call out to someone to take our card and cash us out when previously bartender was very attentive.

I was traveling in the area for work and found this place online. I was hesitant at first because it was only 4.4 Stars. If your hesitating, don’t.
The food here was amazing. The only reason I can see for 4.4 Stars was a group of Karen’s could find anything to complain about.
I ordered the Twist Burger and it was cooked perfectly. The flavors were amazing and its one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while.
I also ordered the pickle chips and they were perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The dipping sauce was great.
Patrick was a great bar tender and the atmosphere was very laid back. Seemed like a good mix of regulars and people passing through. Add this to your list, you won’t regret it.

We came tonight and got lucky to get in. We didn’t realize it was by reservation. To our luck a party hadn’t shown up. We were able to get in and it was worth it. Our service was great and thr food was top tier. Our waitress was wonderful!

My husband and I went to Maggie’s farm for the first time. A little underwhelming, food was good but nothing special. Service was OK. She was more focused on checking in on my spouse, never asked me anything once. Plus a little pricey. Almost 80$ for lunch.. probably won’t go back.

I didn’t have much expectation as I didn’t look at a menu beforehand. I noticed there was a French dip and I’ve been wanting to try it for so long. But I have a dairy allergy. The staff assured me it was no issue. I got my prime rib French dip. And it was so good. I didn’t even let it reach the fridge when I got home. The whole thing was actually buttery as in texture. Perfect prime rib and perfect bread. Amazingly seasoned. Also! Try a virgin blackberry lemonade! Not on the menu but I figured if they do it with alcohol they can do it without. And it was so refreshing! The spicy edamame was perfect!!

The decorations here are pretty fun and whimsical. The wings are extremely good, mouth watering and crispy with good flavors available. 50 cent wings on Monday fyi, nobody told me but it was a nice surprise on the bill. The sushi is kind of meh to be honest and the rice on the roll is a bit substandard. Pretty good clam chowder. Overall the sushi was a miss but the warm food was very good.
