On 2 separate occasions, I’ve come to this location, predominantly Hispanic employees, and did curbside pickup. On BOTH occasions, the workers have come out to serve other customers that are all also Hispanic, look at me waiting, and return inside. As soon as the door closes, my order INSTANTLY switches to “counter pickup”, this is all AFTER I’ve entered my space and waited. In the climate that we’re living in, the last thing an ethic minority needs to do is treat the other as if they’re less than. I went in to get my order, asked the employee why she didn’t serve me after I saw her serve the car next to me, and she proceeds to LIE and say I was never a “curbside order”–MENTIROSA!!! Horrible food. Cold, fries tasted reheated, McNuggets were just okay, no sauce was given, even though I asked… regular hamburger was okay, but again the food was cold. After you go through the drive-thru it’s just too difficult to go back and ask to have fresh and hot food provided. Fast food is expensive and not worth it.

Although the store looks brand new, it was the coldest lobby I’ve ever been in. The seats where ice cold, the indoor temperature was so cold I had to wear a coat. I HATE the whole digital BS ordering experience!!! This place was akin to a nondescript storage unit, but with food and crappy digital order boards. I will not eat here ever again!

This Mcdonald’s does NOT have a DRIVE-THRU! The ONLY options for ordering and/or picking up your items is to go inside to the Counter, Curb-side, or to order online for delivery.

McDonald’s mobile ordering app says that they are open from 6 AM till 12 AM Sundays. I placed an order went up to the door. The door was locked at 11:30 somebody in there saw me standing at the door. I waved to them and they chose to ignore me so I called asked for the order to either be completed or canceled because I’ve already been charged and it won’t let me cancel it on my end because it says the order has already been started. Whoever answered the phone Spanish lady at around 11:50 PM was extremely extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I simply just wanted my order to be canceled and I’ll go to a different location. It wasn’t that big of a deal and I asked her about the hours in the app and if my order had already been started, could I please just pick it up and she continually kept talking over me telling me we close at 11. It’s been that way forever then hung up on me.
Someone needs to update the app that they close at 11 or stop taking orders at 11 if that’s the case it’s not fair to offer this and not keep it updated only to arrive to the store to see a sticker on the door that has a different time.

The food was slow to come out after we ordered. We had to wait about 10 minutes. The chicken tenders where a bit cold . However my fiance enjoyed his burger

The food is McDonald’s food. No comments on that. The efficiency however is that of a sit down restaurant. You have to wait the most ridiculous amount of time for food here.

Employees were kind
I placed order for three meals. Got 1.5 meals and no receipt printed so it was futile to argue. Sure enough I was charged for 3 meals.
No drive thru which is bizarre
No soda
Ordered two sweet teas, got one water
