Shocking! When I pulled my chicken out the box some parts of the skin was crisp but the majority of it was soft. It looked like the chicken was added to the oil before it was hot enough. I was somewhat OK with that. Then got ready to put jelly on my biscuit until I opened it up and half of was wet/raw on the inside.

Ordered 3 piece chicken dinner with 2 fixins plus drunk through the drive thru. Took my payment, gave me a drunk I didn’t order because they were out of almost all of the drinks. Told me it would be a 10 minute wait on fresh chicken and asked me to pull up. Waited for more than 10 minutes while about 10 cars came through the drive thru behind me. When I went inside to check on my order, the manager was very rude and stated that they didn’t have any chicken left. Asked if I wanted chicken supremes in the place of it, which is not equivalent in price. When I stated, I didn’t want supremes, he proceeded to say to make sure I get my receipt to ensure I get my order, which didn’t make any sense. My order should have still been on the screen since they never brought it out to me. Furthermore, they never should have took my payment if they didn’t have any chicken left. Lastly, the manager did not have to be so rude about it when I was extremely respectful to him. He didn’t process a refund, only went in the register to take out 15 dollars to hand me back when my order was 15.34. I needed up having to go to another bojangles location to get my order and it was hot and fresh, with no wait.

This review is dated 12/31/2025, time 11:30 AM to be exact….when I arrived at this location unaware of it being closed for today, their was no sign up stating it was close, lights were on, employees were standing at the drive thru(2 men, 1 woman)again Im unaware they were closed once I approached the intercom to place order, male employee stated we are close, female employee immediately interrupted him, stating and these were her exact words, we are f word close, they see us standing out here, she then proceeds to continue to use profanity, aggressive with her tone.
She was very rude and unprofessional, as if it was a sign informing customer they were closed for today.

I had heard so much about the biscuits from this place and was excited to try all the food. The blueberry biscuits were delicious, but the regular ones were nothing special. The chicken was spicier than I expected, but good. The potato circles were good. I was not a fan of the AI when ordering which is why I only gave 2 stars.

First time at this Bpjangles, food was really good and the establishment was very clean. The only issue had nothing to do with, however as a dining in customer; I should have to witness a yelling match between the workers or managers behind the counter. I’m pretty sure people in the drive-thru could here it as well.

I sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. When I get to the window the employee told me that they didn’t have anymore grilled chicken. After sitting there for 30 minutes I was very frustrated. I then asked for two bottles of water and the employee told me they didn’t have anymore water either. I then pull off and the employee yells at me while I am pulling off. This is the WORST Bojangles location I have ever been to and something needs to be done. It’s not that hard to order the right amount of product when ordering your truck.

Love the fact that it’s close to the Tesla super chargers and you don’t have to walk far. The bathrooms aren’t the cleanest in the world and they probably should be because it didn’t seem like the place was that busy. The dining area was pretty clean no issues there. The service was average at beat. I understand how dealing with people in fast food can be sometimes but I think it’s still good when you are dealing with a customer with good energy it’s important to at least try to give that back in some shape form of fashion. The food was perfect it came out in a decent time and everything was hot and ready. I tried the new sauce they had and I will say I DONT NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! It was nasty but besides that everything else was ok. The parking lot wasn’t full or anything and the place was pretty chill and laid back. Again Please Do Not Try That New Sauce lol I Was Really DISAPPOINTED!!!

The people were very polite but the food was not that great in my opinion. The fries soggy, the biscuit was good, chicken ok not much to flavor. The sauce is what I think made me feel queasy. I couldn’t take it back because I was traveling & a state away when it hit that I was feeling ill.

I wish I could give this place -5 stars! I initially ordered a two piece dark meat. I was told they didn’t have thighs dropped and they weren’t going to drop anymore. It was 8:30 PM. They close at 10 PM. So, I ordered a four piece chicken tenders. I got undercooked chicken! I almost barfed when I saw this. I was praying I don’t get sick. Whomever runs this establishment gets a . Sadly, this isn’t the first time I got poor service. Don’t visit this place!
