Got home to old wings, not freshly cooked. Missing sauces and veggies…really has gone down hill.
Wife’s cauliflower wings barely have any sauce on them.

Fairly standard for the chain. The batter for the boneless wings was a bit thick and difficult to chew, ans the sauces were salty but good. Oddly, the mango habanero seemed hotter than the wild sauce. The cheese curds were very good and the $4 Jack Daniels shot was a great value. Our server Alexia was very helpful and attentive.

Our waitress Chyenne was SO nice and had great recommendations for food. Her service was fast while also being accurate. We eat at this location a lot and don’t always have the best service but Chyenne knocked it out of the park! Thank you!! 🙂

Went during a super busy time; our waitress Alexia did an excellent job communicating with us and taking our orders during an exceedingly busy time. Give her a raise because she was holding up even when tables around were being difficult (unnecessarily so)

My husband and I went in 12/21/2025 at 11:00pm and the service was terrible. I don’t ever make reviews, it’s a waste of time however this place has really gone downhill. Our waitress Josie was terrible!!! Forgot our drinks (brought them out after our food was delivered 15 minutes after we ordered because she realized she forgot and didn’t even apologize, she actually gave us an attitude). Forgot our silverware so I used my hands to put them in a container to go (she watched me do that, gave no napkins for me either) , claimed there was no straws. My food was freezing cold and they gave me about 10 random bits of hard crust with no chicken. Do better!!!

Great service, clean, standard sportbar atmosphere. But we got miniature wings. Literally half the size of any other wings I’ve ever been served, like they came off a cornish game hen not a real chicken.

I ordered two burgers—the Mushroom Swiss and the All-American—and asked for specific ingredients to be left off both. Unfortunately, neither order was correct. The All-American came with everything I had asked to be removed.
I decided to give it another shot and reordered a different burger—the Bacon Mac & Cheese burger—this time requesting no pickled hot peppers. The box even had “no pickled peppers” written on it, but after a few bites, I realized it was loaded with them.
I honestly don’t understand how three different burgers could all be made incorrectly. Really disappointing experience.

I go here for a weekly trivia game. If it wasn’t for that, I doubt I would ever go. Food is mediocre at best. If you are fortunate enough to have Michael, Jonny, or Lindsey, as your server, in the bar area, service is excellent. The other servers in the bar area are not that good, and they are bordering on horrible or, at best, inattentive. That said, the dining room servers have always been pretty good.
Again, if it wasn’t for the live trivia, I doubt I would ever go here.

I tried the honey Sriracha sauce on traditional wings today and it was outstanding. And my other half had the Mushroom Swiss burger minus garlic Parmesan sauce and honey mustard and he said it was fantastic. Unfortunately we did not catch our bartenders name but she was very friendly courteous professional she was she was very very good overall a great experience and we love B-Dubs and will definitely be back again.
