Walked in to a busy restaurant, seated immediately our Server greeted us, answered a question regarding a New Special. Beverages came 1st and very quickly came dinner. Very pleased with the taste of food and service .

First time to try BWW. Not impressed. Service was the best part. I had the combo with boneless wings, tenders pickles and onion rings. Pretty sad when the onion rings were the best part of the meal. Boneless wings were cold and way too salty. Pickles tasted like they were freezer burned. Tenders were meh. It was so bright and loud it was hard to talk to each other. Husband had the chicken Caesar salad and was happy with it. Don’t know if I would give it another chance.

We came in during non busy hours 8:40pm. Restaurant was not busy and sure they had enough servers. We sat down patiently waiting and none attended to us to give us any information or serve at least the drinks. Bartender was telling a waiter we been sitting waiting and nothing. Worst atmosphere come in and sit and plenty of open are and most had dirty dishes. First time in a longtime we try BWW and worst experience. You have better odds getting your food at what-a-burger before you get served.

Fun place to take the family. Lots of TVs to watch all kinds of sports. Food is great. I had the triple bacon cheeseburger, and it was amazing. Love the Legend Mountain Dew.

This is the NEW location about a mile down from where the old one used to be. The old
location had fallen into decay and was not taken care of. This is the new concept and everything is bright, shiny, and brand new. They really should do a different set of reviews for the new one versus the old one. It’s taken about three years to build this location and everything is new.
It’s a lot brighter inside and there’s plenty of TVs and probably a little more family friendly than the old one. The wings were cooked perfectly seasoned all around here. The beer is cold and the service is quick. $15 for 10 wings and beers are $6. They had plenty of staff so they still may be in training mode. Overall this new BWW is clean, shiny, and what we deserve here in Grapevine. It’s a great sports bar, come check it out.

This location was low in staff and I understand but if you are training and the trainer passes you without asking is everything ok obviously we all were needing refills on our drinks and no one even bothered to attend and when I went to go talk to the trained waitress all she could say was they were understaff and in training with an attitude we were nice not to be out of line and loud for everyone to hear and I should have but I have manners.

No matter how often my Grandaughter and I go to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings we always get an amazing server.
They are well trained and friendly.

The lunch special was really great value for money. We got the boneless wings this time around, and the sauces were amazing!

The energy here is fantastic, especially during a big game. The walls are lined with HD TVs, so you never miss a moment of the action.
Aaron was our server and was so very kind and attentive we would highly recommend this location.
