I hardly write reviews for fast food restaurants but for the second time, I pulled away from the drive thru, got home and was missing food from my order. I go to this BK because it is clearer than the other BKs in my area but after tonight, I’m calling it quits, I know I should have checked my order but that’s their job too. Food is too expensive to buy and don’t receive.

They offer 3 for $7. I order 3 items that are offered on the 3 for $7. Person doesn’t tell me my total just says “pull around”. When I pull up she says $11 I said “what about 3 for $7?” she yelled “YOU HAVE TO LET ME KNOW” I said “really?” and she exploded on me. “yea boy, I’m in sales, I’m trying to make MORE money, MORE MONEY!” as if I’m the jerk. I will never go back to Burger King again. Plenty of other options. How rude! She should have just apologized and adjusted my order. Not set me up for an argument. What lousy customer service.

Shawn is amazing and has good customer service! My order was messed up due to an Uber Eats issue and he took care of everything and made everything right! It’s rare now and days to have good customer service at a fast food restaurant that’s busy If there’s an issue with your order so I thank him for that!

This location is a disappointment, even for a Burger King. I was picking up a delivery order that should have been ready, yet I had to wait approximately 25 minutes for it. The food was fine, but that’s what I would expect after such a long wait. The saddest part was the staff: they were very rude and completely ignored me for a long time. On top of the poor service, the interior of the place needs a serious spruce up. Avoid this location if you are in a hurry.”

Everyone was so pleasant and had a smile on their face and I just felt good after I visited! We need to do something to get this Burger King a better score than 3.2 because they deserve it!

Here on a Saturday night and this crew, including the manager are hustling and very pleasant. Crazy, homeless lady called the manager a racial slur and he handeled it professionally and did not skip a beat. Man deserves a raise.
