Couldn’t eat pickle fries due to the grease content, chicken parm fettuccine was very clearly microwaved based on the burning hot plate and rock hard chicken. On top of this had to eat meal basically dry because we had to wait 25 minutes for a refill. Tomato soup was the only good thing from this visit. Spent $35+ for 3 bites of my entree and a small soup.

Yesterday evening, my friend and I went to Applebee’s for a Valentine’s gift exchange. I ordered boneless wings (half honey BBQ and half buffalo), a medium-well steak, and loaded mashed potatoes with ranch and sour cream, along with garlicky green beans.
When our food arrived, my friend’s boneless wings were cold. My boneless wings were okay, but my steak and sides were cold, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. While my steak was cooked to medium-well, it was also cold.
I mentioned this to our waiter, who kindly offered to remake my food. However, when the new plates came out, they were still cold, and my steak was not cooked to medium-well as I had requested. I voiced my concerns again, but I decided against having it remade for a third time, fearing it might still be cold or incorrect.
The waiter took the food off the bill, which I appreciated, but I still left feeling hungry and disappointed.

Apples experience was AMAZING Chris (the store manager) was AMAZING who cares a lot about his staff and quality of food. Melissa is a sweet woman who gives VERY good mom vibes. Last and not least, AUSTIN the best chef made the wings to perfection. Very crispy, LOTS of sauce. Flavor was amazing. Mozzarella were steaming when they came out. Took less than 10 minutes, food was VERY fresh. Very good experience. Chris is so dad.

We had a great birthday dinner experience at this restaurant. They, unfortunately, do not take reservations. But our server, Dora, did a great job accommodating our large party. Food and service was fantastic. Loved the new bourbon menu items.

Our server wasn’t all that friendly and kept disappearing despite the fact they weren’t busy on a Thursday night. She never once refilled our water.
The salads were good but kinda expensive for what you get.

It’s been a long time since we have visited an Applebee’s and the experience was underwhelming at best. We waited well over an hour to get our food – even the salads (and with kids, this was challenging), and then it came out dry, or with too much sauce. Even my youngest who loves almost every pizza didn’t like her kids pizza. Two of my kids also found long hairs in their food. The kids portions are pretty small, and everyone wanted a snack as soon as we got home.

The food and staff were great. Our server provided excellent service, making our family feel valued. The cheeseburger was by far the best burger I’ve ever had. The server noted that all burgers are only $8.99 on Mondays!
