FILTHY. Discusting floors, used plates & cups just sitting on tables for 15+ minutes without anyone clearing them. We were sat at 8 & had to physically ASK for a waiter after 20 minutes of waiting…. with maybe 8 other tables being sat. Waiters just standing around talking…. Do NOT come here. Go to Taco Bell or legit anywhere else. Food was subpar at best. Didn’t get out until 9:20 since we were sitting around waiting for the bill or our waiter.

This location is a lot smaller than other Applebee’s but it is very cozy. It’s connected to a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. The staff was great. We were seated right away and food came out in a timely manner.
The food was a hit or miss. My order of shrimp steak with mashed potatoes and green beans was delicious and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes looked like it was boiled in a bag and then dumped out but overall the taste was not affected.
Mac and Cheese with chicken tenders and hot honey was too savory. Flavors didn’t match well and they used rotini noodles instead of elbow noodles so not only was the taste off but also the presentation.
Neighborhood burger didn’t look as good as the pictures but my son liked it.
The true stars of the menu are the desserts. Our favorite is the apple pie with ice cream. It came out sizzling.

We were there on a busy Sunday and our server James was absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly checked on us often. Made sure our food was hot. Didn’t make us wait for anything. I appreciate somebody that actually has a personality when it comes to customer service and was friendly. His section was busy, but he made sure that He made eye contact and smiled, so I knew that he knew we were there

Bartender was extremely rude. I walked up to grab a to go order and was like I think it’s under my name, but it might be under my girl‘s name and she goes just pick a name whose name is it and then of course it was the wrong name that I gave her and it was the other name. It’s like bartender could’ve been like cool. It’s either under this name or this name thanks and got my order instead she chose to be rude .. this type of person shouldn’t be working in customer service.

My partner and I love coming to Applebee’s, especially for the half-price appetizers after 9 PM. The boneless wings and chicken quesadilla are our go-to favorites—always delicious! It’s great to see the same friendly staff working each time we visit; they know us by now, which makes the experience even better. We’ve never had any issues with our orders. Highly recommend stopping by for a late-night bite!

Yep, I’m giving 5 ☆s to an Applebee’s. Good is good. Our server Lily was so great, the guy who seated us went out of his way to clear a spot where my kiddo could have a view of the World Series. Comfort food was perfect: Grilled cheese hamburger w/tomato soup, honey chicken mac & cheese, pretzel breadsticks with beer cheese dip. Remodel looks nice.

My family if 6 went to eat dinner here, as we went to sit down my 4 year old accidentally bumped into the waitress. The waitress turned around looked at her and said excuse you with a lot of condescension. 1. She’s 4, 2. The restaurant was packed she didn’t do it on purpose. We sat for 30 mins and no one came over to take our order for anything we watched the waitress who was rude to my child chat with friends for 20 mins and anytime we tried to get her attention she ignored us, we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Would not recommend if you have kids.

This is kind of our go-to for lunch. I enjoy their menu options and the food has always been spot on for us. We have always had great servers who are very attentive and kind. Will continue to go back.

I have eaten at a few Applebee’s… This visit was the worst I have experienced. We had a large party so I called ahead and asked about a time. I was told the time I was interested in was traditionally busy and asked to come an hour later. That seemed fine to me and I appreciated the suggestion. The lack of a host when I arrived was my first clue there would be an issue. We were set within a few minutes by the woman I later learned was a manager. That would be my only interaction with her. Drink orders were taken right away but drinks arrived 40 minutes after we set down. Our waitress Lynn, was the ONLY bright spot. There were children in our party so she brought their meals first. Their food arrived about an hour 30 after we set down. My son’s Mac and cheese was dry as a bone. My food arrived about an hour and 40 minutes after we set down. Lynn ended up comping a bunch of our parties order. No manager. One guy never actually got his food. We tipped her well as it appeared she never stopped moving. This place has a real management issue. I would avoid.
