Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

So kill me says the customer to the cook. I like my onions grilled. We were told to pull to the front of the store. No problem. Waited 10 minutes to get about 20 little squares of undercooked grilled onions, oh yes and the burger is on a stale bun. Apparently he’s too lazy to close the plastic bag that the buns are in. The manager, he thought the whole thing was laughable when I said that I told him to tell the cook that he’s lousy at it. I don’t remember my exact words but he just told me yes ma’am I’ll tell him!? Whatever.
We had to wait 15 minutes for this? The girls at the window and the one that brought out the food were wonderful. Apparently the one working the grill thinks he’s too good for whatever he makes per hour. On a Friday night at 5:00.

Was late when I got off so I went to get a burger and when I was down to the last 2 bites I took I bit into something that felt like bone grisle so I spit a lil out and pressed down on the meat to see if I got it out and then continued to chew and felt it again and spit out a bigger chunk which I then seen what I thought was maybe a stim was actually a screw broke off something with a flat head . Later that night I started feeling sick and woke up and my throat has been sore . Called them asked for a manager the one who answered said she was the manager and told me I’m sorry can we remake your order and I told her no do you not see what’s going on . I’m wanna take it past that with legal action. I could have choked or possibly died . Thanks I also have pics as well

What is it about Whataburger that makes everyone you deal with feel like you’re an inconvenience?
When it’s good the food is awesome. Unfortunately it’s either cold, missing modifications, or overall underwhelming. For $35+ for 2 people I wish they cared as much as they used to.

Went and got dinner for my family, got our order about 20 min late. Realized we didnt get the Cobb salad that I payed 10$ for. So I go back in and hand my receipt to a worker, stating I never received my salad with my order, I assume she went to tell the insiders to get it started. No, she started to clean the fyrers instead. A lovely woman named Christina helped me out, she got my order started and some fresh chicken even, and for the long wait she gave me a chocolate shake. I am really not one to leave reviews, but Christina needs a pay raise and some better crew workers. Because yall were messing up everyone’s order.

Burger was clearly not made to order. Cold and meat was dry. Could have been cooked yesterday fries too!! Awful, waste of $11.00.

I haven’t been to this location and it was s Sunday afternoon it was pretty busy but my fries looked like they were not fresh and way to crispy and the buns on the burger cold no napkins or condiments will not be going to thid location again don’t make us wait if it not fresh.
