I hate to report that this experience was not good at all. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before the line moved and it was only one car in front of me and no cars at the window. I asked if the cookies were fresh and the cashier said repeatedly NO! She said No they are not fresh, I was on the phone with a friend and we started laughing so hard because on on Detroit will you hear a worker give you an honest answer like that! I ordered a large coke light ice and the coke was full of ice maybe she thought I said extra ice and very little soda and a Hershey’s pie.

We all have been sitting here for over 10 mins with one car at the window for her to tell us to hold on a sec and then wait another 5 mins so I left I stay exactly around the corner but I have to drive a extra 5 mins to another because they always do this at this location I was here like this 2 weeks ago never again a couple of times I came here I paid for the food and the they made be back up in the line to cheat the service times smh

Terrible service waited to even pick up my food and when I got there I was almost hit by another car in the drive thru. Then when I finally got up to the speaker in the drive thru I was asked to wait. I waited for more than 20 mins before someone came onto the speaker and I had already ordered through the bk app. So I was being nice giving them time to make my order prior to me making it to them. But when I talked to the girl on the speaker she proceeded to try to tell me to come inside and got yelled at by the manager on the speaker which me and my husband both heard. That is very unprofessional! When we talked to the girl at the first window she opened the window asked how we were doing today, and then started naming off an order and when both my husband and I said no more than 3 times that was not our order she finally listened to us to get the name for the mobile order. After that she asked us to wait we waited more than 20 to 25 mins to even pull up to the second window. When we got up to that window we were then told to wait at the front door due to the fact that they did not have any fresh chicken fries made. When the worker brought our food to the car. She was very rude had a nasty attitude and when asked about my order was just not very nice to what is supposed to be your customer!!!!! WHY!!!!! Then when I got home which I live less than 5 minutes down the road to eat my food I not only had the wrong sauces. But my whopper Jr. Was not supposed to have mayo on it due to the fact I HAVE A MAYO ALLERGY! I asked for no mayo, an extra beef patty which was not on there, light tomatoes, etc. on my burger it was covered in mayo. My chicken fries when told they were supposed to be fresh were cold. My honey mustard sauce was not in the bag at all they just gave me any sauce they wanted too which happened to be sweet and sour which I only asked for that for one of my chicken fries. Ranch for the other and honey mustard for the third chicken fries I ordered. In all honesty this restaurant should definitely be running better! If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! YOU DONT LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OR READ THE SCREEN PROPERLY! LEARN TO DO BETTER! LUCKY FOR ME I HAD MY EPI PEN THIS RESTAURANT COULD HAVE KILLED ME TONIGHT FOR NEGLECTING TO READ!

I ordered the chicken sandwich combo with onion rings. When i got my pop it was half filled and they had to give me another one. The onion rings were ice cold that I had to return for some fresh and hot ones. Not to mention they had the audacity to charge you eighty five cents for the onion ring sauce. And the chicken was cold and soggy that I threw it away. A waste of time and money.

Would not give me my drink. Told me to drive around and sit in the line and wait for my drink after they forgot to give it to me out the drive-thru window. Inside was closed. These employees are ignorant and incapable of delivering any level of decent service. They are exactly where they belong. Good luck to the store manager or should I say manager of this Menagerie. Little old lady lived in a shoe, only had one car at the window and couldn’t figure out what to do.

I ordered a two for one chicken sandwich through Uber eats and the 40 piece nuggets that is supposed to came with to fries. I was double charged for both sandwiches and the nugget package did not come with the fries so altogether my order ended up running over $60and there’s no way to complain about this through Uber, but this is also the fault of the store, not properly addressing how a package items or build them. I am getting sick of people that want jobs but don’t do them and the customers are the ones that pay the price.
