. I’ve been to this Chili’s numerous times. Never had any issues, especially having celiac disease.. they’re very accommodating on changing out a couple things in the menu, especially since I even do low carb in general.. The last time I was at this chili Zoe we came in for those wicked themed Margaritas. We had both Pinky and greens. Both were delicious and they’re a little bit on the strong side which we like to see at one of these kind of restaurants I normally make the make your own fajitas minus the actual tortillas they do provide corn tortilla if you do have a gluten allergy. They also took out the rice and beans and gave me broccoli which I greatly appreciated

It’s Chili’s, what more can I say? I survived the experience with 3 teenage boys, bottomless refills are much appreciated! One boy had dietary restrictions (no beef, no pork). A triple dipper and 3 “for me’s” actually had the boys filled.

Ordered a ‘Three for me’ meal lunch.
My drink was their original margarita (+4$), very generous portion, tasty, and thirst quenching.
Ordered a bowl (+1$) of clam chowder, it was very creamy and extremely delicious, my only gripe and reason this review isn’t a 5 star is, the clams were VERY chewy, but not enough to dissuade me from enjoying everything else about it.
My main course was the Smash burger.
The thousand isle dressing was phenomenal, topped with chopped red onions and a slice of cheese, cooked perfectly medium/rare (slight pink). The meat was juicy and melted in my mouth.
My wife ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which was juicy, tender, and crispy. A+
The fries where above average. Not amazing, not bad, well seasoned, tasty.
Our waiter who took our orders was very attentive, polite, and delightful. As were most other staff.
However whomever delivered our food sort of threw our food at us and vanished, as seen by other reviews/complaints, it is on point.

The prep really failed this time..i ordered 2 tex mex bowls and a kids meal..the containers were way to big for the order and literally just thrown together..the pics reference literally walking out and checking everything in the car..i felt that some one was mad that i put an order in..dnt get me wrong the flavor wasnt bad but everyone eats with their eyes first..i understand if they ran out of the appropriate containers because this isnt my 1st time ordering this exact meal but it is the 1st time it came in this container and the presentation was just awful..

Our server was great. Most people’s food was dry, but mine was pretty good. I got their Santa Fe Veggie Burger and fries. They did a great job getting a table for 9 together quickly. Thwy messed up my food I guess but I didn’t realize. It took longer than everyone’s but I wasn’t starving so I was fine. The server offered to get me something while I waited, but honestly it wasn’t an issue. I appreciate though how she tried to make it better.

We stopped by Chili’s in Wallingford on Sunday after a Yard Goats game for a casual family dinner. Overall, it was a solid experience—nothing mind-blowing, but exactly what you’d expect from a Chili’s.
I went with the Triple Dipper and picked the Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers, Boneless Wings, and Mini Burgers. Everything was cooked well and hit the spot—comfort food done right. My wife had the steak fajitas, which came out sizzling and were pretty tasty. The kids each had meals from the kids’ menu and were happy, which is a win in itself.
The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed—perfect for unwinding after a long day out. Chili’s is never going to be gourmet, but for a quick, dependable meal on the way home, it does the job. Would definitely stop in again under similar circumstances.

The bartender was cool for some reason I arrived in the middle of the day and no one seated me. After 15 mins I walked over to the bar and he apologized for the staff and sat me down. Food was good at that point. Won’t visit again but high marks for that dude though.

We always come here (usually a little late) my husband and I are very busy! We love the food! Always comes out with a nice presentation and the staff are all SO WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY! Malcom and Hailey are great!! Not a bad thing to say about the Chili’s in Wallingford we always keep coming back!! You feel like you are at home!
