I do like the store, but they forget a lot of items often. They kinda yell at you when you confront them. Sometimes the people who work at night can be kind of mean, and unknowing as to what they’re doing. They think that we don’t see it but we do. I don’t like that with any store. The managers are always kind and helpful though. If ya have a problem just let them know and they’ll take care of it. The food is usually put together well and served hot. So, while I was sitting here writing this review the manager brought me a sample of the new Mcdonaldland shake. It’s fruity, colorful and the kids will love it. Kudos to him.

This restaurant needs help. After being parked for 15 min i had to ask about my order. I think they might have given away my food to the wrong car, because i was asked for my receipt. So i had to wait again. On top of the service being bad, i had paid for large meals. But they were out of large cups so they gave me medium, and when i finally got my food, the large fries were half full. I paid for large meals, and was given medium. Such a horrible experience. Its worth it to drive a little farther to a different location.

I got the most horrible food from this restaurant.
I ordered from the Valle Verde McDonald’s and instead the food came from this McDonald’s through DoorDash.
The fries where hard and cold the two coffees where cold to.
The quarter pounder with cheese was ice cold and tasted very old.
The quarter pounder patty was burnt to a crisp and looked like it was there a long time.
I did not order bacon and 3 old pieces not even cooked where put on.
I hardly got any ketchup. I did not even get my lettuce or mayonnaise I ordered.
Showed my pictures to DoorDash and gave me a full refund.

Ordered delivery through the app, they couldn’t seem to put the chicken nuggets in the Happy Meals I ordered. So my kids have just fries. It might be busy, but accuracy is just as important than pushing orders out quickly. Terrible.

I’m still upset about the monopoly thing. They didn’t honor the the free food I showed with them (coupon) they insist to use the app in order to use and get the code for them to honor it. Until now that the promo is ended. I didn’t get anything. Just saying. Sometime, in the future. If I’m hungry. I don’t want to eat nor do takeout. I’m sorry, but that’s how I feel and I’m sad because no one manages to help me, with the Monopoly thing.

Food is always cold:cheese doesn’t even melt; cold chicken nuggets, cold bread buns and french fries. The hamburgers don’t even look like the drive thru pictures: Big Mac patties are small and get lost in the lettuce (ratio of lettuce to “meat” is ridiculous). They need to address all of the above.

The food was decent however not hot I did a mobile order and picked up immediately so there was no reason for there to be a temperature issue. The staff appeared to be very flustered and frustrated. They were treating what appeared to be a new employee with lack of patience.

Horrible horrible horrible. Me and my finace order some food we get a number 3 and a number 5 both large with a sweet tea they say the total we go up there all of a sudden the sweat teas we ask for are unavailable so then we have to decide what to drink next then we ask we’ll do yall have cookies the lady proceeds to scream across the store “Vance do we got cookies” she says yes so we order 6 chocolate chip cookies. We pay wait for our food our drinks are halfway filled up fries cold all 6 cookies put into a bag smooshed up and handed to us. I’m so tired of this $31 on food that wasn’t thought out at all just thrown into the bags and handed with no thought or care

Me and my husband made a little pitstop on the way home to get some desert, all we ordered was 2 chocolate chip cookies and a mcflurry. Waited almost 20 minutes for the order I understand they get busy but for 2 small items it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get them together.
