Chicken is always hot and and crispy! Fries are tasty and the mashed potatoes with gravy are… Ok (potatoes are too stiff even with gravy). Overall, it’s definitely recommendable! Only thing is, I don’t think they sell the shrimp at this location. Everytime I try to order it on the app, it says it’s not available
The inside is mostly clean, but they aren’t always on top of cleaning off the tables. It’s not gross, lol, just noticable when you’re choosing a table. I wipe it off with a napkin and have a seat. They got 4 out of 5 stars only because of the lack of being able to order shrimp. Otherwise, they’re busy, but get your order right, and the food is fresh and tastes really good. Oh! And the biscuits don’t choke you out. Hot, buttery, and perfect.

I ordered food and was told to pull to the side after 30 mins and after 9 customers served witch 6 customers served that came after me all got there food the came up to me and asked my name for the 3rd time and told me they just dropped my tenders so I asked for a manager a girl came up and said she was the manager and could not give me a reason why the waited over 30 mins to drop my tenders and why now 7 people that came after me got their food, then they went to get my drink and told me they have no coke only DR. Pepper (so after talking to me 3 times never mentioned they didn’t have anything but Dr. Pepper I guess they would have brought me Dr. Pepper if I didn’t go to the window) so I then went to cancel my order and put reviews online so I asked for the managers name and they refused to give it to me and said the girl that said she was the manager is not the manager and a very young man name Tim was no saying he was the manager, he bought my food out 38 mins after I ordered it while I was trying to cancel online, No drink, soggy cold fries and the smallest tenders I ever got from Popeyes and discolored in some areas where it looks like the were sprayed by something or frost bite (see pics they literally have 2 different colors on the tenders regular color and a greyish color) so there was absolutely no way I was going to eat these so I will bring them up there tomorrow to show a real manager. Wasted my time and gas going to and sitting at this location for almost 40 mins for nothing, and no have to contact customer service to try to get refunded. Because the automated service offers a coupon for my next order and I doubt after this experience and the horrible automated customer service were you can even tell someone the issues with the location I doubt I will be back to Popeyes anytime soon.
I just called the store to speak to a manager the pite on a quick hold came back and asked what I need to speak with her about I told them they asked me to hold on for a few mins put me on hold for over 8 mins and hung up on me there is a pic of the call. Smh worst Popeyes ever

My order was completely wrong and when I got the right order it was cold and not fresh. I was there around 930 at night but I heard them say they were done dropping chicken when they close at 12am. There was a lot of young people working and they need a little more training on customer service. I feel like I wasted my money and didn’t eat half of the chicken because it wasn’t all the way cooked.

Popeyes used to be so amazing before Katrina, honestly after Katrina it just hasn’t been the same! My husband stopped in to get a box of chicken, it took over 45 minutes for the chicken to be OLD and overcooked. It’s as though they took old chicken and reheated it! I honestly haven’t seen black fried chicken before this incident. They should really look at their standards.

Ordered popcorn shrimp had to wait extra minutes for them to cook it only to get all the way home for there to be a few pieces and fried crumbs my biscuit was dry and stale and the Cole slaws was warm and tasted soggy. What pisses me off is that I should’ve checked my food before I left and got all the way home. And my husband’s chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. Y’all charge more money for less & low quality food. It’s very disappointing cause it’s a predominantly black neighborhood and I this shows that we just don’t about our own.

This Popeyes has always been a terrible experience for me, the staff is extremely rude and inattentive. I came to Popeyes on (Friday 8 August 29) and ordered a 12pc family pack. My boyfriend was eating & stopped because the meat was raw. I didn’t believe him at first until i saw how pink and cold it was in the middle. I’m going to be contacting the manager and HR.

Never can catch her name because she never has a name tag on when I go. Very poor customer service. And she works front counter. Makes you not want to order food because of her demeanor. One cx came in to get her food replaced from the night before. They were literally trying to refuse her because she didn’t have a recipient. They were like we need a recipient.” Cx informed them that she was told they couldn’t print one. We’ll she must have come right before I did, because I went the night before as well. While ordering, with at least 45 minutes or more before closing. I was told they couldn’t even take my order. Their system was down. Told the manager she telling the truth. They didn’t even sell to me last night because they said the system was down. But the entire outside by the menu smells like weed. No worries. I’m NEVER going to this location again. Definitely needs new managers and supervisors or GM on duty at night. This store could be making millions by its location and need in the area. I’m pretty sure it’s not due to those working in there.

When I called about my order, I spoke to bre and she explained that the only way she could do anything was to come up there. As I stated, that’s a big inconvenience, but I couldn’t eat this chicken and not be sick, so I proceeded to drive to Popeyes. When I opened the box to employees, everyone was like eww….ewww is right, and why are you serving this? ” My issue was the customer service when I got there after explaining on the phone my issue, not even a drink was offered or a side for the inconvenience. Ppl standing around just talking about the cook… unbelievable

By far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever had. In Atleast 20yrs. I ordered a 5piece white macaroni and Cajun rice. I should’ve known they were trash because no one was in the drive thru or parking lot. I thought they were closed. I ordered through the mobile app. The chicken was dark and old. The rice was dry and crunchy. Macaroni was extremely dry and overcooked. I tried to complain but Popeyes gives you the run around. Called the store but no answer. Won’t be going back for that garbage again.
