Absolutely horrible. Absolutely horrible service at 1:30AM on 12-23-25. No receipt. No nachos. I believe they forgot more than two of my items and only gave me a gift card of one hard shell taco with still no receipt to prove my order.A couple months ago i found a green spongey material in my burrito and it kept me away for months. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The service has not change as they only gave me a discount for ONE SINGULAR hard shell taco to compensate. I will never return to this Taco Bell even if they change management. What a horrible brand in Twin Falls. Also no Chalupa. I do not care about how busy you are. FAST FOOD IS FAST FOOD! Also i never placed an order for Avocado Salsa. Literally HORRIBLE! As a human being i was kind, but yeah NEVER coming back. I cant wait for In N’ Out to open.

I visited this Taco Bell about a week ago after avoiding it for quite a while. It is easily the slowest Taco Bell in Idaho and the crappiest food. It’s faster and almost as cheap to just get real Mexican food. Pictured is the halfhearted attempt to cut my quesadilla into slices, which is a great representation of the care that goes into everything there.

I went to Taco Bell because of the amazing food but the atmosphere and service were unbelievably astonishing and injoy full. Shawn was taking my order threw drive threw and helped us decide on delicious food and made me and all my passengers feel exited for the food we were reserving. We will all be continuing to injoy tacobell for a long time.

This was the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been too. It took 30 minutes for me to just get a Baja Blast Freeze. Unfortunate.
Update…Didn’t get my food until I went up to the counter and said something because people who ordered after me were getting their food first. I told him I ordered a large and he gave me a small. At that point it wasn’t even worth the time to ask them to switch the drink size. Horrible service.

02/17/2026 I have not been to a Taco Bell in over 20 years because of bad service and food quality. Today was different. Excellent customer service from young gentleman in the drive through and the food quality was excellent. I will not hesitate to return

Don’t even bother trying to get taco bell in the morning if you feel like eating “flavored” tortillas then sure go in the morning. What a waste of money… paid extra for for more meat and cheese and got less than you typically would… 90% rice and so dry you gag trying to swallow. I’ve never been more disappointed than I am today. This is my first review in yyeeaarrrsss and its not a good one… you blew my mind today tacobell but not in a good way… also maybe the staff should stop showing they clearly hate their jobs through their attitude. Sat and waited in line for 45 minutes for two drinks and ended up having to ask again for our orders. Went and asked for my drink and the worker left in the middle of my sentence and then gave me the wrong size of drink. Workers were slow, careless, and not in a hurry. Every customer had to ask for their order again (30 minutes later). Super unprofessional and disappointing. Never going back.

Used the drive thru today. First they added extra items to my order, then issued a refund. So, not too bad so far. There was no one else in the drive thru. Then, upon arriving home, found out the chalupas were old to the point of being crunchy. Pretty poor job on food quality. The man at the windows was polite and tried to help. Other than that it seemed to be chaos inside.

I ordered my usual Gordita Cheesy Crunch — my go-to favorite — but this time it felt like Taco Bell played a prank on me. There was no cheese. Zero. Nada. It’s literally in the name, guys! The tortilla was so floury I thought I was inhaling a bag of Gold Medal, and it was so thick I almost needed a steak knife just to get through it. Waited over an hour for food went in to get it and overheard an employee rudely tell a customer and doordasher that “if it’s not on the list idk what to tell you” and ” it’ll be done when it’s done” very unprofessional. Even though I watched them talk and talk and talk not finishing orders mind you these people were here well before I was so their wait time must’ve been at least as long as mine if not longer! This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the state of Idaho I highly recommend you go to another one even if it’s out of your way.
