Keep your receipts and check your charges.
This place is stealing from some of you.
It really is a shame.
My 10 year old, LOVES this place. The food is good, it’s clean, and we’ve never had any issues feeling unwell after.
After our last visit, we won’t return and will discourage others from doing the same.
Food and service were as usual.
My husband was with us and doesn’t like their food, so he did not eat. We only come in for my son.
They initially tried to charge us as if he had eaten, which is an easy mistake to make so I thought nothing of it.
It did, however, prompt me to check my bank account against the copy of my receipt.
Whoever closed our tab took it upon themselves to take an extra 12% on top of the 15% tip I HAD ALREADY LEFT.
When I called the restaurant to confirm the charge, the manager told me that their system “holds a pre-authorized 20% tip” on top of charges and it should fall off once the charge is finalized.
With the total I was originally charged, it would have equated to a “hold” of a 25% tip.
She assured me this was just a discrepancy.
Today I check my bank account and see what I expected.
A charge for the base amount, no tip included.
I’ve worked food service from top to bottom for 20 years.
Let’s be honest with your guests, your employee was caught stealing.
Instead of doing the correct thing and holding them accountable, you lied and attempted to cover it up.
It’s bad business. In times like these, the restaurant industry does not need places like this taking down the reputation further.
You put the decent staff you have at risk when you cover for the bad ones.
Do better.

Okay, first of all the food is okay, all the times I’ve been here the food was either gone, or very hard. The crab Rangoon were tough, sesame chicken was hard, the honey chicken was great though! Also $41 for 2 people is a bit crazy. My server was nice, but she kept sweeping and trying to get us out of the resturant at 7. I understand they want to get out of there on time but you didn’t close until 8:30, and it was just the sweeping it was the vacuuming next to us as well. $41 not including the tip, and we both got waters, is a bit crazy. This sucks because I do like this place, but after a couple visits the quality just isn’t there anymore. Price up, quality down. Make sense right? Go to a nicer place for this price.

Typical Chinese buffet. Super well staffed and everyone was polite. Restaurant myself is a bit older. Booth leather is tearing a bit. The food was piping hot which was great. The crab cheese wontons were an off-putting grayish color. Flavor was fine, but they had for sure overcooked as a few of the wontons had hardened the middle filling. The honey chicken was by far my favorite.

I’ve been to all the other China Buffets in town, and the managers there usually just stand in the front without really paying attention to customers. Jossue is completely different! He’s always walking around, checking to make sure everyone has what they need. If you need a refill or anything at all, he’ll take care of it right away, even if your server isn’t there. He truly cares about the customer experience and it shows. Hands down, a great manager!

Nice Chinese food buffet with prices that are fairly reasonable considering the amount you can eat and the variety of items from which to choose. Their hot and sour soup is excellent! My favorite is to use the Mongolian grill and pick what and as much as I want with the spices and sauces I enjoy. If you ever eat there around Chinese New Year it’s a fun place at night to see a New Year’s spectacle.

This is by far the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to the food was terrific the service was kind and considerate and on point when it came to making sure my cup never got empty the prices were average 10.99 for dinner buffet 2.99 for drinks with free to go cups the buffet itself was pretty extensive they had every bar filled unlike other Chinese buffets in Omaha the bar with The rolls and fries and what not had Lids on the top of them so they didn’t get stale while they were sitting there which is the first time I’ve seen it but then again I am from Texas the place was pretty clean and they were keeping it clean as soon as the customer left they are on top of cleaning up after that customer instead of letting it sit there for minutes or tens of minutes. Overall I rate this Chinese restaurant of five star because the food was great service was wonderful the best Chinese place I’ve ever been to in my entire life check out my pictures for more details.

Glad I found this place! Great variety and flavor. The only reason I took one star off is because the crab rangoon was cold and so I would be a little worried about the temperature range for some of the dishes. But overall this is a super place.. these pictures were all taken after the big lunch rush and the place is still clean and the service friendly 🙂 I’m just passing through from Arizona but this will be a place I will revisit next time I come back

Food was great although the employees were not super friendly. A few things like crab Rangoon has clearly been there awhile. Egg drop soup is delightful, definitely top 3!
