Should be illegal. This quesadilla is flatter than my patience for this nonsense. Where is the chicken? The cheese? It taste like nothing but jalapeño sauce that isn’t even that great. For the price this is an absolute rip off. It’s enough for me to honestly never purchase from this overpriced chain again. If I could get my money back, I would. You guys should be ashamed. There’s no way this had the recommended ingredients staff is told to put on this.

Absolutely horrible. I went today and got a few meals 2/1/25 around lunch time and in the burrito that was ordered there was roaches in the wrap, wrapped up and deep fried. They also forgot a meal of fries and a drink and when we went back for a refund, they gave us our refund and acted clueless. corporate needs to be open seven days a week for issues like this. Unbelievable. My dad who consumed the burrito ended up getting extremely nauseous and starting throwing up.

Incredibly rude staff, if you come in after they don’t feel like serving people, they will tell you they’re closed. This particular location closes at 9, but they will tell you to leave long before that, and if you don’t, and you order at the kiosk, they’ll snap at you that you have to take it to go. I got off work early this evening and figured I’d get some food, there are other customers right now, but I’ve been made to wait here. She didn’t even lock the doors like she said she would. She is not wearing a nametag, or else I’d be sharing her name.

Haven’t been to Taco Bell on years, pull up to the menu at the drive thru. As I’m reading the menu, the person asks for my order. I let her know I’m not ready to order and her attitude changed. It’s “I’m on a timer.” So I tell her I’m getting chicken I just have to figure out on what, before I can even finish her the “n” our she’s screaming menu others. I’m not sure how anyone else feels but on w the employee is upset, I believe they’ll play with my food. So I drove off hungry and never returning to this location. So whichever female employee is working the Sat 12:57a shift, sorry not sorry cause I’m never returning.

Staff was so rude except for one guy at the window and even then my order was messed up even though it was correct on the screen the lady in the back needs to know that she chose that job it didn’t choose her if she don’t like it or can’t handle customers respectfully she needs to find another job.
