It was our first visit here. Service by Kiera and another associate was excellent, the food was good, not enough to rave about and our order was served quickly ; it wasn’t busy when we first got there but by the time we left, it was. We ordered a classic and a bacon double cheeseburger, both with fries ( I ordered the chili cheese fries, which were crunchy and not fully cooked ). The shakes we ordered were delicious! I ordered the red velvet and my son had the chocolate brownie shake. We may just pay this place another visit for the shakes.

Ordered online to go. Went in to pick it up and was told not ready yet. 3 other people came in, ordered and got their food after me. Cook came out from the back and asked what I was waiting on. He said he had no more to go orders. My bag was sitting on the counter the entire time with my name on it. Employee said oh and handed it to me. No apologies, nothing. Both bathrooms were out of order. Store did not seem to be kept up very well. Trash on floor and tables had ketchup and grease on them. Too many other places I can spend my money at with better service. Don’t recommend this location.

I’ll be honest, I’ve never written an online review before. I’m 52 years old, I just made a google account to write this review about Wayback Burgers.
Ethan is the best clerk/cashier/server I have ever met. When we came in we told him it was our first time, he smiled and asked us if we wanted a brief rundown of the menu, we accepted and he proceeded to run us through everything, quickly but efficiently explaining each signature in the quite big menu, he even recommended the Cajun Burger with cajun tater tots, (which my husband tried), I got the single classic, and it was good, he recommended us the loyalty program in a non-corporate/forceful manner and told us it would be out shortly.
We sat down and the place was clean, Ethan brought me my milkshake, a brownie milkshake, clearly handled with care, a brownie on top with chocolate glaze, and a few minutes later Ethan also brought out our food, once again, a smile, and even a joke made about some of the small talk we had earlier at the counter. The food itself was great, simple, to the point. The cajun burger was exactly as described by the cashier, “not too spicy, but tasty and seasoned”, The single classic was a standard cheeseburger, it tasted good as well, but what you would expect, about halfway through eating, once again, Ethan comes out to check on us and makes sure we’re okay, offers us sauces, silverware, or boxes if we need them. We assured him we were okay and it was at this time that I told him how lovely he had been, and I asked for his name so I could even write this review.

We’ve ordered take out a few times and they seem to miss something every time. That being said the burgers are great and the fries and cheese curds as well. We have not eaten in but it looks like any other fast food spot. I guess the recommendation is check to go orders thoroughly but definitely worth it.

Nothing to complain about with service!
Atmospheric was very nice and less flashy with older tables and chairs! Though there was a guy that fell asleep while eating that..kinda ruined it..
Food was AWESOME! I had the A1. Steakhouse with fries and barbecue sauce IT WAS AMAZING!

The customer service was good but today for some reason whoever the cook was he didn’t cook my burger all the way and that messed my stomach up for the rest of the day. The manager did a great job handling the situation once I asked for him thanks NICK!

This was my second time ordering from Wayback burgers and I must admit it doesn’t get any better over time. The food smells amazing, but honestly that is as good as it gets. I ordered $25 dollars worth of food and it was not worth it. I ordered a vanilla shake which tasted like milk and was watery, not thick at all. It was not good. I didn’t want a glass of milk for $5 I wanted a shake. I ordered chicken tenders as well they were fried well, but had no flavor and were very bland! I ordered Mac n cheese bites no complaints there. I also ordered the big easy burger which was not cooked to my liking very soft meat, it was strange. I even tried to cook it at home and the meat would not become firm. The burger lack seasoning and flavor. The whole meal was not good. I was so disappointed with my order and food. I wanted to like Wayback burgers and it just disappointed me.
