I ordered the cheeseburger and fries and both were delicious, service was friendly and quick. Love the malt vinegar for the fries and the peanuts are great too. They have the coke machine where you can make any flavor which is awesome.

I have not been to Five Guys Greektown in about 3 months and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with great customer service. They were pleasant and the restaurant was very clean. The food was delicious and well prepared. Being someone who has managed / worked in the food industry for many of years I would like to say JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

Always consistent! Burgers great as well as the fries. Sometimes it can get a little busy due to downtown activities. Have to use the bathroom code (top of receipt) in order to get into the restroom. I always get my burger “in a bowl”. Figured I’d eliminate whatever calories I can (lol).

I placed an order online because we had just left the Little Ceasars Arena and wanted to grab food to go. I called to confirm the order was placed because it lagged on my end and the guy that answered was extremely rude. He hung up on me twice. When he answered the first time I asked if this was Five guys because when he answered he said hello with no introduction of the establishment. Instead of saying yes or no he hung up. So I called back and he did the same thing but he let the phone ring for 10x then answered and I asked again is this five guys because he didn’t acknowledge it and he said yes and then hung up. So I called a 3rd time and he answered and then he said hello this is five guys and I said hey I tried calling twice but keep getting hung up on I’m just wondering if yall received my order and he said yes and hung up again lol. So he wasnt very friendly. The food was really good all except the bread was soggy. Like really really soggy. This was my first time ordering food from them and it just wasnt a great experience. I personally won’t go back to that location because of the rudeness but I’ll definitely try another location for sure and just hope for less soggy buns. Other than that it was all fresh and delicious

I had an extremely disappointing and discriminatory experience at this location. When I entered with my trained service dog, a male employee came from behind the counter and immediately told me to leave because “people here have dog allergies.” I calmly explained that my dog is a federally protected service animal under the ADA, but he said he “didn’t care” and that “no dogs are allowed.”

Two security guards then came toward me aggressively. I clearly told them not to touch me, yet they continued closing in as if they were going to forcibly remove me. I’m a 5’2”, 120-pound woman, and I felt completely unsafe and intimidated by how they handled the situation. I was never loud or disruptive — I simply wanted to get their names so I could report the incident.

Their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Service animals are protected by law, and no one should be treated this way for exercising their rights. I sincerely hope corporate takes this seriously and retrains the staff and security on ADA compliance and basic professionalism.
