It is the first time I have ever been in this store. The obnoxious man doing shakes was absolutely disgusting and I will never come back in. We got there before 2:30 and didn’t get to check out until 2:53 for two shakes. Totally ignored us for the first 10 minutes. Could only do one shake at a time. We had a 3:00 doctor’s appointment was running late and he knew we were frustrated. When we paid just through the receipt on the counter walked off. Never said thank you. Never anything and if you can hire and keep people like that I will not be back in this store. The shakes were fine. The service was below negative unfortunately you do not have names on the receipt or I would tell you exactly who he is

Tldr: This place is what every fast food restaurant is like from the past. Good and cheap.
I live in Colorado and am just visiting my friend that lives here so this is the first Braum’s I have ever been to.
I may have not been born until 2001, but this place is like stepping into the 70s-90’s, in a good way of course.
The music is instrumental that i would have expected to hear in a mall or elevator back in the day. And the building interior is what I would expect from the ’80s or so.
The prices definitely don’t seem modern either, I got a bacon cheeseburger combo and it cost me under $10, it would have costed me at least $2 more if I went to Wendy’s.
The crinkle cut fries were hot, fresh, salty, and tasted homemade. My burger had a lot of lettuce on it, but the burger itself was delicious and full of flavor.
And of course their ice cream is always good. The employee was extremely welcoming and looked like he genuinely enjoyed his job as well. I will definitely be going here more often, when I get the chance.

I visit Braum’s all (maybe 20-30 times over last 2 years) the time. It’s a reliable place throughout the central states. However, today I have to tell you about the amazingly fast courteous service I received from Caleb. Smiling, happy, it felt like I was as the most important person in the restaurant. What a wonderful pleasant experience.

ABSOLUTE AWFUL DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE!!!
The very disrespectful individual that took my order was extremely rude for no reason at all. All I did was ask if they would make my milk shakes thin to make them easier to drink since I was with my elderly grandmother. He made literal sounds of irritation. The best way I can describe it is he made it seem like it was the end of the world just by making 1 little request. It was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend going here for anything after the night shift takes over. Stuff like this happens every time I come here after day shift is already done and night shift has taken over. If I could give less than 1 star, I most certainly would. He was just very lucky that my grandmother needed to get home or I would have spent the time to go inside and speak to the manager.

Amazing ice cream and prices. I don’t feel guilty going and taking the kids and wife for a meal and icecream. Clean and the staff was friendly.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast and was parked after receiving my drink (which had ice in it after requesting no ice) then after 15 minutes of waiting I was watching people behind me in drive getting their food and leaving. I went in and my food had just been sitting there waiting for some one to bring it out. It was cold and gross. I’d understand if it was short staffed but I counted 7 employees.

Just stop by this location waited in the drive-through line for over five minutes without anyone acknowledging me then I went to the window to order because they didn’t take any orders in the drive-through several cars behind me left. It was completely chaotic there and there was hardly anyone in the lobby will never ever stop at this location again as far as I’m concerned everyone working this current shift and it’s 10 AM May 29th on memorial day should be fired. Bought a burrito and they didn’t even cut up the sausage inside of it. Just ridiculous.

Morning crew is the best people!!! But you let the night crew come in and its awful, hateful, bullying, cursing and refusing to help new hires help customers is just unacceptable. Something should be done about it. Just really couldnt believe this was going on and in full view and earshot of customers.

If I could rate a 0 star I totally would. Suppose to be FAST FOOD! Got my order in 10 minutes which was fine, but waited an extra 30 minutes for a large shake, large drink, and small shake. Not to mention this is my “large fry” as well while my daughter’s junior fry had more than mine. 45 minutes total after getting a refund and having to return the food.
