Worst Popeyes ever. No person to take your order anymore. Have to do it on a screen and then they mess it up. Order one thing then they say “well we lost your ticket and I know you don’t want to wait 20 minutes for it to cook so we gave you this instead” Ordered cheesy bites for a small handful of garbage that taste like a years worth of burnt oil. Get it together people

I ususlly place an online order, especially for the excellent offer on (2) deluxe Chicken Sandwiches for $10.00!
The order has always been timely, and the sandwiches kept relatively warm by the foil wrapper.
My only suggestion is to move away from the black plastic sporks, (we do NOT need even more plastics in our environment), and move to utensils much more environmentally friendly. Some of the airline companies have done this already. They’ve gone to utensils made out of the easily propagated and quickly growing olant, bamboo.
Much better to have bamboo in the landfills than black plastic; it decomposes and goes back to the earth so much more readily than plastics!

Absolutely love Popeyes but this location is the worst. Hard to reach and the ordering process is abysmal. They make you order on a kiosk that doesn’t work and it takes almost 20-30 minutes just to order. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Do not come here for a quick meal.

I came in awhile back and did not have the best experience. The manager Diane reached out to me after hearing about and did everything she could to make it right. Today I came in and dealt with Brittany, Troy, and Diane and the entire experience from start to finish was a complete 180 and one of the best experiences I’ve had coming into a fast food place. Thank you so much for what you did to make it right and every time I’m in this area I will be making sure to stop in for some chicken.

I have eaten at a few Popeyes in Arizona, and chicken is cold and dry, This Popeyes i always go out of my way to eat here because chicken is always hot , juicy and fresh!! Frying oil is never over used. The other Popeyes restaurants could learn some lessons in cooking from this Popeyes!

To the I assume manager with the long hair and dirty ball cap and this is only directed at him the staff other than you were doing their best If there’s 10 people in line at least have the common decency to at least take the next few people’s orders before you work on your mobile orders oh and saying you’ll get to us as soon as you can doesn’t really cut it while you make me wait 15 minutes while you go between the kitchen an the drink station ignoring customers in line while you got a guy in the background holding a dirty bucket of water near the food maybe I don’t know have him do whatever you were doing by the drink station while you actually do your job and take orders and help the clearly overwhelmed staff you might be shorts staffed but that’s no excuse to literally ignore customers
