best breakfast spot in bvl area, i love coming here for the crema de maiz (cornmeal), taste just like how my grandma made it. the bfast sandwiches are also amazing, there’s variety in the menu. quick service, environment is homey. Michael & the team is super helpful, friendly & welcoming.

I moved to Cali 2 yrs ago and if you know you know. Loved coming into this bakery to get my Caribbean fix. Guava pastry! And the lady working the register was so nice! Pleasant and happy! Missed hearing Puerto Rican Spanish! Would def come again next time I’m in town. And I look forward to trying other items.

Just dined with my family looking for late breakfast/lunch. The staff was wonderful as soon as I entered. Everyone was so kind and food was amazing. Coffee was perfect with my bocadillo. Michael and his team were amazing. Thank you as I will come again during my trip.

Food is always amazing, a reliable spot for good food, drinks and service. Big menu with options for everyone. The staff is very caring and attentive to make sure each order is correct. The frappes are delicious, coffee and Ferrero Roche are the best ones in my opinion!

I ordered the bistec sandwich from Tainos Bakery and it did not disappoint. The steak was well-seasoned and tender, paired perfectly with the grilled onions and melted cheese. The bread was fresh and held everything together without getting soggy. It was filling, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. Service was fast despite it being busy, and the portions were generous for the price. I’d definitely order this sandwich again.

Lilly was our server this morning and with us speaking very little Spanish, I feel like they always go above and beyond and make us feel comfortable and not rushed while they take their time to understand what we are asking for. I come here every weekend to every other weekend and we usually have Milagros and she is also a beautiful spirit and they as a team is why we come back and oh! The food is amazing! The oatmeal(Avena) is to die for. This is one of the only places where I come and try something new each time cause the last thing was so good. I am a Tainos Bakery Fan, I have not tried any other locations because I enjoy this one so much, thank you to the team. -Buenaventura Blvd Location
