You need to train your people better. The only reason you got 2 stars is because the food was great, super hot, super fast.
But the guy taking the order in the drive thru (at about 10:45pm on Thursday, January 22) kept interrupting me mid-sentence to ask “Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Anything else?” And he had an attitude when I tried to correct the error that he put on the order (I said “no pickle,” but he put on the screen “no onion”). I would’ve done this as a private review through the Wendy’s website, but he refused to give me a receipt, saying he already cancelled out of it or something. So he gets a public review saying how unprofessional he was. Either train your people better, or keep the grouches behind the counter making the food and instead of taking orders. Do better, Wendy’s.

Staff in drive through touching hair, wiping nose , and wiping sweat from his face .
I called the manager and he stated it’s ok because he’s not handling food ! Hello people it’s a restaurant regardless. And everyone knows you’re touching things and customers cards , handing them back to them. It’s called infection control and everyone wonders why we are all sick out of no where . I cancelled my order.

Went in to order take out and saw a flustered employee named Beth working the front register. She didn’t who or what items go to which order. The gentlemen ahead of me ordered and she was getting snippy with him because he did not speak English well. Customer service wasn’t there today. Couldn’t even use 2 coupons together whereas was able to before. She said if they did that “It would run the business into the ground”. I didn’t know she was a prominent stakeholder in the board of directors at Wendy’s. Hope Beth goes through customer service training again and transform into an exceptional employee there.

Got back to work to eat my lunch only to find that my order was completely messed up. My bacon burger as well as my fiancé’s had no bacon, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burgers were missing all of their toppings. Someone literally gave us meat, cheese, and a pitiful slice of onion and forgot everything else. That isn’t even the worst part. My friend, who went with me to lunch, had a roach crawl out of his bag. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning. I hope that management does something to get this place together.

The lady @ the front took our order & she was very polite, friendly…… our order was correct we dined in the place was very clean. A elder lady also informed us that on the recipt we can do a survey shes was friendly and helpful for our dine in. She was also stocking & doing her job with the dine in…. utensils, lids, napkins, cleaning, wiping down tables…. ect overall we had a great experience.

Greeted by a very friendly staff, and extremely clean dining area. We arrived at the beginning of the lunch rush and was served very promptly. The tomato on my sandwich wasn’t ripe in the center and that is the only negative experience I had. Keep up the good work Wendy’s crew.
