The “ice level” for my sweet tea with “light ice” is Above the yellow line where the “normal ice” level is supposed to be So i told the worker i asked for light ice he tells me”Its because its a “small cup” This happens ALL the time even with a large cup!!

Also to have a worker on a cherry picker right above where you pay fixing a light and having customers drive under isnt very safe. My suv bearly cleared it. The worker who took my money was like, oh are you scared of it. Im like, yeah cause if the equipment lands on my car your gonna hear it!

This location consistently gets the same simple order wrong. I specifically ask for my Sausage McMuffin well done because it’s usually undercooked. The first time, they told me to pull forward like it was being handled properly — I get home and it’s soft, soggy, and clearly not cooked correctly.

I went back on 12/15/25 and explained the issue. Instead of fixing it, they burned the English muffin while the sausage was STILL undercooked (photo attached). That’s not “well done,” that’s careless.

When I called the store, the manager actually argued with me instead of apologizing or making it right. I’m a regular customer, here almost every morning, and this is how it’s handled?

Completely unacceptable. Poor food quality, worse customer service, and zero accountability.

I hate that I am writing this as much as I hope corporate hates to be reading this. I came through the drive thru to get my mobile order tonight. It took a half hour to get from the end of the line to the time I received my food, but it is a Friday night and I recognize they are busy. I worked in fast food service for 4 years, I understand how things can get. I brought my food home and realized they missed a sandwich, so I drove back to get it.

I entered the drive thru and told them I was missing a piece of my mobile order. They told me I had to come inside for that. Very odd, and very inconvenient. I recently had surgery and getting in and out of a car, as embarrassing as it sounds, takes a lot of my energy. I already had to do it an extra time to come back and get the food they missed. But, I did not fight with them and went inside.

Inside I went the counter with my digital receipt (since it was a mobile order) and was asked to see the physical receipt or food. I explained the receipt was in my car and the food I had already dropped off at home. I just wanted the sandwich and sauces I was missing. I was told there wasn’t anything they could do. I hate that I had to say this, but I asked to speak to a manager. I just wanted my food!!

The manager came out and didn’t say anything, so I cut to the chase and showed my mobile order and told her I was missing the sandwich and the sauce. She went and grabbed the sauce and sandwich and handed it to me without saying anything. I told her thank you and to have a good night. Nothing in response.

I understand they were busy, and I empathize that they probably DO get people who try and scam them for free food, but to be treated the way I was over a mistake they made is unacceptable. Do better.

UPDATE: the food was also awful!!! Bun burnt and lettuce browning. Nothing is redeeming this location. Go to a different location, even if it is further out of your way. I could live INSIDE of this McDonalds and still go to another one for my food. No part of this is worth it.

This store is absolutely horrible even down to the lady Management.. I waited far to long to be recognized for service.. and then when I asked for service .. the lady Management showed very poor customer service .. all I asked for was service .. and I can not believe the attitude and the very unprofessional attitude I received.. something needs to be done about this stores employee’s!! Leadership is supposed to start with Management setting good examples!

Had to be fair and update my review.

I politely asked for fresh fries and got BANGING fries. Maybe if I had just politely asked instead of leaving bad reviews for cold food in the first place.

Manager was on top of things today. They helped an old lady struggling to make an order fit her budget, that’s relatable of her and respectable of them.

Truth is – the people who work here work hard and put up with a lot. In a righteous world they’d all be making a more realistic and respectable wage because whatever theyre getting – it’s not enough.

I had 2 DoorDash orders to pick up. One was 2
Apple pies with a double cheeseburger & the other one was a 10 piece meal, a L fry and cookies. I waited there for 15!!! minutes just for that. There was another girl waiting for her DoorDash order and she said she was waiting forever too & then another women who ordered just a small fry and she went to the counter and said she was waiting 10 mins just for a small fry. I walk outside and someone SPED off from the drive thru bc no one was helping them. I’m not a huge one to write reviews, but the workers there really need to pay more attention to everything ; they were very nonchalant and slow about everything.
Seeing this, I’d personally never come back to this location.

This McDonald’s is so slow can tell the front area don’t care. The sandwich makers make the food fast the managers and other front end employees move like a snail! They should be fired everyone that’s working on Halloween.the chick that has her nails done and does her hair a lot is the main problem.

It has been years since I have been to a McDonald’s. It has also been years since I have eaten so late. It was nearly 11 when we arrived and ordered. The Quarter Pounder Deluxe and fries were very tasty. The service was excellent. If I were ever to eat at a McDonald’s again this would be high on my list.

You cannot beat the Two for $3.99 Deal or The Customer Service at this location! This particular restaurant is also spic and span & everything appears to be functioning properly, the bathroom was pretty tidy too!
