Order on the app, went through the drive thru for pickup. They were efficient, fast and friendly! That’s the good news.
The bad news was that the middle of my chicken sandwich was still raw. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I ate some of the raw chicken. Hopefully I don’t get sick. I did take the chicken out of the sandwich and put it in my air fryer to finish cooking it and then reassembled my sandwich and finished my meal.
UPDATE: the owners reached out to address the issue! Great work and I have already been back and had a great experience!

Lady that runs the drive thru is extremely RUDE!
she rushed me off to the pull off spot quickly. Then blamed me for pulling off without all my drinks. Once I pulled into the waiting area of the drive thru, there is only one spot. A young man came out with our food to verify everything was there and it was accurate. I. Agreed and thanked him.
Before driving off I handed out all our food to the guests inside my car, as I was doing so, the rudest drive thru woman yelled at me thru my window, if I got the accurate food get lost.
I will likely not return to this mcds bc of this experience.
This is not one I am ever familiar with. I get it in the city, low parking options, but to be so rude? Rude bc she told me to pull up without all my drinks. Rude bc we ordered lemonade?? Rude bc we didn’t pull off right away. Forgive me.

You have to use the screen to place your own order and pay for it if you wish right there. It’s convenient but it can also be a little confusing. But one of the workers there what are lunch to us at the table we were at.
We had two cups of coffee and two hamburgers and a large fry and it was all good.

Burger was nice and warm. Fries were luke warm and soggy. Had my order delivered to a table. They forgot the drink. Fairly clean but the furniture is worn out and need to be replaced. Both their two hand sanitizers were out of sanitizer. That’s not good in an epidemic. A lot of homeless looking people seem to seek shelter here.

I should have known when I walked in at 7:30pm, and there’s a lot of people standing at the front waiting on their order. Place was dirty inside. Bum at the entrance wanting money. Order took forever.

Avoid this place at all costs.The employees that work there are horrible people I saw them bullying some homeless people that weren’t bothering anyone jusy resting and charging their phones. The MOD yelled at one man to leave because he hadn’t ordered anything. I offered to buy a meal for him. And The MOD would not allow it threatening to call the police if he remained on the property.
Paying customers too must be nuisance as I got eye-rolls and attitude while the girl casually tossed my order on the counter, looked me up and down as retaliation for either or both interrupting their socializing or offering to pay for a homeless person meal. Yhe soda dispensers nozzles are terrifying caked with black goo, saw it floating sons Sprite. When I told the MOD she got loud, accusing me of trying to steal a soda in front of the entire dining room. The bathrooms are horrifying always out of Toilet Paper have seen porta-potties construction sites that were cleaner…..The Owner should’ve fired all the managers long ago they act like Gang Bangers. McD’s is supposed to be a family environment where Ronald McDonald cares about people.

This is completely unacceptable, even for a mcdonalds bathroom. Is this urinal designed for dogs? It’s 2 inches from the floor. Which is always covered in urine with a wet floor sign everpresent.

Look at the ticket, then the sandwiches. Please coach your skilled employees the difference between a 10:1 patty and a breaded chicken patty. Hopefully, the fine details would be a breeze after that, like not putting cheese on a sandwich where none was requested, or omitting pickles, or not putting any onions when extra were requested on the McDouble I asked for.
