my other 2 kids they are in Europe now with their family…
Then we was planing to come back with our and my kids big group. It will not happen. After we arrived we got the back table because we only have reservation for 4 people tonight. I asked them to change it we would like to be closer to the tv and for the “stage” but the person told us we can not seat there if we want we can pick a table on the other side in the restaurant but not where we wanted (other side was with the entrance door today was freezing outside)so we decided to stay where we been seated. I had to seat on my coat,my handbag was on the floor.
But! Our server was nice. I ended up not to order food for myself but my son had the juicy steak with yucca my mom choose the breaded chicken breast with fries and my hubby took the chicken stew and the potato soup,me I had a mojito. Food was very good. Service was fast.
The other turn off when my mom got her glass of water with someone lipsticks on. My family eat their food then we left and continued celebrating my son bday and get him the desserts at Jhoanes bakery where we been more welcomed. Otherwise I’m sure place is nice maybe they don’t
like us Eastern European people.Last year we celebrated my son bday at the Fogo de chao for $75 you can get many steaks you wanted and they will treat every bday person with the same cheers. Least the other table get some ice cream for the person bday celebrations. We definitely not gonna come back. 20% gratitude already includes for the bill. Find a parking lot was a disaster also. Good luck maybe you will have better experience with them.
When I politely mentioned that tipping should be optional, the waiter responded with a noticeable change in attitude. I had intended to leave a cash tip, but his demeanor prompted me to leave a smaller amount instead. Later, while I was in the restroom, I was informed that the waiter expressed to my friend that he was dissatisfied with the tip amount and believed he deserved more. He also questioned what explanation he would provide to his manager.
It is important to emphasize that tipping should remain a voluntary gesture.
His friendliness and dedication truly made a difference. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Hans went above and beyond and made the experience even more special.
I will definitely come back and highly recommend it!
Waiter had great recommendations!
Will come back on Friday or Saturday as they offer live music!
Come and try!
