I stopped by McDonald’s on Mount Pleasant Road on my way home from Evansville. I ordered a 2 Cheeseburger Meal at the drive thru. The young man that took my order was great! The guy who handed out my food most not have wanted to be there. He didn’t say a word. He didn’t confirm my order before handing it out or say “You’re welcome” after I thanked him. He just looked at me like I was an idiot!

The cheeseburger portion of the meal was nice and hot! The French fries were hot garbage! They were old and nasty without any salt. If I was dining in, I would have rejected them and gotten fresh fries.

My overall experience with this particular McDonald’s location was a mixed bag, hence the three star rating.

Person taking order at the Evansville, Indiana Mount Pleasant location drive through sounded rude when she asked what he wanted. Also when my husband ordered milkshakes, she said the machine was down. He asked why every time we come, the machine is down at every location? She said rudely “I don’t know, I don’t work at any of the other locations.” He also mentioned the milkshake machine being down to the person that took the money. She took the money at that point, shrugged her shoulders, and slammed the window. When he went to the other window to pick up the food, the lady that was at the window was chatting with another person and ignoring him. She ended up knocking the drink over before she even acknowledged him at the window. I received my food when he got home. The bun was burnt on the bottom, the top bun was squashed and the chicken was hard and chewy. Could’ve been because he was asking about the milkshake machine and they all got irritated, I don’t know, but unacceptable! They need to learn good customer service, even when somebody is complaining!

My mother and I went through the drive-through. My mother is pregnant and on bedrest it was just easier. She ordered two steak, egg and cheese bagel meals. We were told to park by the doors because they were running a little behind. A woman came out and handed my mother a bag and said here are your bacon, egg and cheese bagels. My mother explained that we ordered steak, egg and cheese bagels the woman then questioned if my mother was sure she ordered the steak, egg and cheese and not the bacon Mother replied she was absolutely sure as neither one of us eat pork The woman then put her hand inside of my mother’s car and snatched the bag out of my mother’s hand And went back inside and about three minutes later, a different woman came out and handed my mother The bag of food didn’t say anything turned around and walked away. My mother opened one of the sandwiches and found that they were still bacon, egg and cheese bagels She then went inside where the one who had just handed her. The bag asked if there was a problem. My mother explained that yes, there was twice now We were given the wrong food. She then asked if we were sure My mother attempted to explain when the girl turned around and walked away mid sentence She then began arguing with another employee. They were cursing at each other about five minutes later We were handed another bag with steak, egg, and cheese bagels in it. My mother thanked The Employee who turned around without saying a word and walked away
I just feel like the entire situation could’ve been handled differently People make mistakes and that’s fine. We’re all human, but the interaction with the employees was very disrespectful. Did you spend how much did you spend?

This morning I ordered a sausage burrito with mild sauce. I got up to the window to pick up the food and the guy getting the food ready for the drive through was having a FaceTime conversation with someone. I think that is very unprofessional. Maybe if he wasn’t doing that I would have gotten the sauce I ordered. Don’t think I’m coming back!

False Advertisement. The digital menu clearly states that monopoly pull tabs are on 10 piece nuggets and large soft drinks. I ordered a 20 piece nugget, large fries and large Dr. Pepper. My fries were the only thing with a pull tab and quite frankly, I wasn’t even hungry, I only went for the pull tabs. I feel deceived, used, lied to and manipulated. If I didn’t still need a Tennessee Ave, Pennsylvania Ave, Ventnor Ave, Park Place, Board Walk, three of the four Railroads, and/or Waterworks, I would turn my back on McDonald’s completely but I will definitely not go to this location again. Green River is crossing a fine line as well (they didn’t put one on my large drink yesterday). After they finish this Monopoly game, I’m THROUGH with this franchise!

Put an online order in and apparently they CLOSE at 7 to do cleaning?! They had a printed sign put up they were open till 9. This business needs to be investigated for deceptive business practices, or management needs to be held responsible. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

This isnt a one off with this particular location, so im speaking of 4 of my last 5 visits. No one manning the drive thru for several minutes twice, tonight it was 3 or more minutes, and they were not busy at all. I finally got to order, 2 fish filets and a large fry, over 14 dollars. The fry were not completely done, but cold. The fish filets were evidently from dinner rush, and microwaved, the buns were inedible hard and the cheese on one was on top of the bun, I have no idea. This is the only McDonald’s in driving distance of my work place which is a shame. I’m finished with McDonald’s, the quality and service has gone down across the board and the prices are unacceptable.

Drive-thru.
Usually very good. I got hotcakes and sausage and coke. At the pickup window I asked for extra syrup. She said it should be in the bag. Guess I should have looked. When I got home I not only did NOT have any syrup. I had NO butter. That’s what makes it the best. So only 3 stars for food. 2 stars for service.
The lady that takes the order deserves 5 stars she has a friendly happy voice. She’s great.

I went through drive through and placed my order. I went to the 1st windows was told how much I owed I paid cash. I arrived at the 2nd window and was then told they did not have something I ordered. So I said just refund my money. Just forget my order. I was asked to pull forward for my refund. I refused. I was then told if I did not pull forward I would not get my refund. I had to threaten to call the police. One young lady was about to climb out the drive thru and fight me. Terrible. Horrible customer service. I should have called the police just for being threatened. Never got any food. And I would say the atmosphere was a little frightening
