My son and I came here on a Thursday evening. We were seated immediately. I’ve been to this location a few times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk away freezing!…It is so and I just don’t understand why!
The food tasted ok, nothing spectacular. Our service was average. My son ordered a burger with no tomatoes. He got a burger with tomatoes ♀️. My son didn’t want to send it back so he picked them off . Also I ordered garlic fries and they came out regular. I did mention it to the waitress and she fixed it. However, she took the fries she brought me back to the kitchen and added the garlic ingredients instead of just bringing out another basket with the right fries. I didn’t like that. Paid about $40 for our food. I had a BOGO coupon deal.
My expectations aren’t really high for a Red Robin burger joint. Ive been before. I know what to expect. So all in all I guess I got my money’s worth. I’d go back ♀️.

I had a craving for a Red Robin’s burger and it hit the spot. The food was great the bartenders were incredible and friendly. Getting seated might be the only issue. There was no one in the front. Same thing happened when I came in earlier December.

We visited this restaurant in a Monday afternoon. The waitress was a in training but she did a good job. I was using a birthday coupon for a free burger. I also tried a purple pear lemon aid drink. The drink, avocado burger and onion rings was yummy. My Mom got the veggie burger and garlic fries which was yummy as well Overall, we enjoyed our meal and the service.

The service was absolutely horrible. We arrived at 8pm to a virtually empty restaurant & was told there was a 30 minute wait. After waiting in our vehicle for that time we go inside only to wait another 15 minutes to be seated. Our party of 4 is seated in the bar area. After waiting another 10 minutes I asked for the manager. Our server (the bartender) took our orders. The appetizer arrived & when we asked for plates we were told they had to be washed. Our entrees arrived, but we didn’t have utensils. Once finished, I had to practically enter the kitchen to get a to-go box. And I never spoke to a manager.
To top it all, employee personal belongings & shoes were actually in the dining area.

The service was great but the food was average at best. We ordered two simple burgers, both medium, and our server suggested that they could make one order of fries extra crispy. We got two simple burgers, one specifically with pink and one no pink, and none of the fries were crispy. My burger came with three pickles, two of which were the size of pencil erasers and one that was the size of a quarter. And we had to ask for napkins, and we each got a knife but no fork so we had to lift the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles onto the burgers carefully with the knife. It was ok for fast food but I was expecting a little better quality. I won’t go back. Oh and lastly, the little computer thing on our table was so dirty and gross that I didn’t want to even touch it – it actually made me nervous about touching anything, so I went to use the hand sanitizer but it was empty.

Excellent service and excellent food. The place wasn’t crowded and the atmosphere was cool. We were greeted at the front and were quickly seated. We ordered our food and it came right on time. I would definitely be coming back again.

I love their lemonade! But the only thing that is upsetting is this… I place an order online for curbside pick up. I got there and call employee was nice told me to drive up to the door but when I drove off and decided to open the container & I get this for $20 This will be the last time I’m doing curbside pickup . I know if you eat inside the restaurant fries are bottomless…

Delicious food I had the mad love burger my mom had the bacon cheese burger.,…the lemonade cake was awesome….however the first batch fries wasn’t hot enough the ones following were … it was a long time to order , then the host was more attentive… the restaurant was a little cold… we went on a Friday afternoon 1pm … will go back !!!
