First time coming to this location! I pulled into the stall and I ordered. The lady is hard if hearing so I was very patient and understanding. She read back my order and I was pleased. My fault was not checking the bag. But I never had a problem with sonic so I assumed it was right. I was wrong I got home and I was missing a burger. I called and they said they’ll re make it. I repeated my order and told her the missing one. She said got it just come in. I drove back ro get my missing food. I checked it to make sure it was correct. It wasnt. I told them that this wasnt it. I told them my order again and they started to get mad at me and started giving me some additude. I finally get my correct order after 20 mins of waiting. So unprofessional!

Don’t order DELIVERY specially with DoorDash WITH THIS PLACE . I ordered a Medium shark bite drink and instead got a kids drink extra small Diet Coke also the hot dog was bitten or something was seriously wrong with it . I will be taking there mess back never again ordering food or even drive thru with this place .

We did a pick up order and the food was actually good! We got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was nice and tender and perfectly seasoned. I wanted to try a one of their burgers since it was buy one, get one free and to my surprise it was good.

Not a fan of the drinks but I would highly recommend if you’re on a budget.

went there the past two nights and the guy in the grey shirt was constantly yelling and cussing i hope it wasn’t at the employees the poor bellhop was staying positive through it all and made sure we had what we needed and apologized multiple times for the wait. she was sweet and kept a smile on her face when she walked out the door. the shakes were delicious and the food was okay the sides were cold but the burger was hot.

Ordered online , left a good tip. Had large drinks i had to carry up stairs. Said that don’t have drink carriers or bag to put them in . Just ridiculous or lazy customer service. No more sonic!

Order a #5 with some cheese fries and I don’t get cheese fries. Hit the button and call up and this guy asks me to come back tomorrow. It was an hour before close when I ordered. I’m not last second or anything. Also ordered extra cheese on the burger. Nope, but I didn’t bug about that. Bro the amount of time I sat there I should’ve gone to a taqueria. Also, the vibe is off with this spot.

Do not order from this location through the app!!!!! In the few months I’ve lived by this location, over half of my orders have been plain wrong. Modifications are rarely honored posing some serious issues with my allergies, and refunds are nearly impossible. You have to spend ridiculous amounts of time on the phone being accused of lying, and if you’re lucky you’ll have to drive all the way back to the location for anything to be refunded. On many occasions I was unable to receive a refund, and had to deal with the medical repercussions of an allergic reaction. Do not order from this location unless you want to be let down every time. They’re lucky I’m writing a review, and not contacting a lawyer.

This was a door dash order… and though the color may be ocean water and cherry limeades how ever the taste is not! All we taste is the sparking water! No flavor no coconut no cherry no nothing! This is very sad and disappointing for someone who struggles and can not always afford small treats like this, unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened when I order from door dash there is always an issue with my order versus when I go in and get it myself… Either something is always missing or something was wrong with the order… I want my full refund I dumped out both drinks in the sink! No one wants to drink plain sparkling water with no flavor!

This sonic does not have enough people to run functionally. At the time of ordering, there was two people total working and the older man was not helping the poor guy who was actually keeping the store running. Love the guy who got our food to us, but very upset that he had to do that all by himself.

Specifically ordered what my daughter asked for got home wrong thing in the bag called and was told it’s not their fault it’s a new bell hop training. So it’s the customer’s fault they didn’t make the correct order? You can’t make this up. If I could give zero stars I would. It was the lack of accountability that made the situation even worse.
