I tried to call this morning no one would answer. I drive all the way from Savannah to work here 3 days a week breakfast has never been bad. But today my breakfast was burned so bad I could not eat it and the hash brown tasted frozen. Im really upset never had such a horrible experience here it was a waste of my money. I threw the food in the trash. Not happy at all.

I ordered a curbside pick up and was sitting outside for half an hour waiting for my food to be brought to me while everyone at the drive-through was getting their food quickly. When I went inside my food was just sitting on the counter and had gotten cold. Management needs to take a good look at how things are being run here.

They claim the system is down every time we go in drive thru during operation hours. Yall better off making the drive to lady’s island. This place is slow, and the food is always cold. Terrible customer service, the workers at the windows don’t greet and always look agitated.

Went to pick up DoorDash, which I have to go inside for. All the doors into the building were locked and the drive through was all the way backed up. When I tried to call them about my situation they hung up on me twice. I would rather lose money on DoorDash than have to deal with this McDonald’s again

I work night shift on the air station so I was excited that hours changing and being able to get a sweet treat once off but showing up at 0447 when it shows it opens at 0400 but nobody answering nobody saying anything. This place has horrible customer service. I came to the drive through, an employee says “ we are only taking exact change” I go to the store that’s 5 minutes away and I come back with change and they gonna tell me we are only accepting online orders. The app is currently doing breakfast at 11 at night for some reason. Employees just standing outside talking and smoking. This has been the worst experience I ever had here. Don’t come here at night, night crew don’t want to do their job.

At 4:30 PM I got in line in the drive-through. Two other cars that’s all did not even get somebody to talk to me in the drive-through until 4:50 PM. Did not receive my food till after 5 o’clock. Very poor service never again will I be going there

The fish was over cooked and dry. The fries were stale. They forgot cheese on one fish sandwich.
Food had characteristic of being cooked way in advance and then only warmed before shoved in a bag.
I got food from take out window,
We had not eaten since breakfast so that even magnifies how bad the food was!!!
