I had gotten pretty close to done with my meal when I went to eat my last piece of bacon, noticed someone’s hair completely wrapped around it. Absolutely disgusting, truly everyone there should be let go if hygiene can’t be kept any better than this. And this isn’t the first time soemthing like this has happened at this location.

I ordered a sec sandwich on regular toast plate smothered and covered. The first attempt I got a sausage hash brown bowl. The second attempt received SEC Melt on Texas toast hash browns smothered and covered. I attempted to eat it. I managed to take one bite of the sandwich and couldn’t take a second bite. Instead of sending it back I asked for two pieces of dry toast and got a very loud sarcastic yes sir. The toast had sat in the toaster for a couple of minutes after it popped up at this point I was just ready to leave. I had took maybe 3 bites of the hash browns. I handed the plate to the waitress and asked her to just take it off the bill. Another waitress Stephanie took the plate and asked what was wrong with it. I said it was supposed to be on regular toast. And that was the second time they messed up on the order. She stated that she could have it remade and I told her no that’s ok. She then said would you like to finish the hash browns because it is correct. I said no. She said I will take the sandwich off the bill but the hash browns are correct so I would have to pay for them. I was shocked and said what? She repeated it in a very loud sarcastic tone and then turned and went to the office. She came back out and went to the register and took the plate off the bill and brought the bill back and threw it on the table.
Thank God he gave the strength to stay calm.
The cook I think his name was Toby or maybe Tony and the waitress Stephanie have absolutely no business being in a customer service business.

Our waitress was amazing. Our food well what can I say It’s the waffle house so it was great. We ordered and had our food within 7 min from ordering. Our cups stayed filled.

Stopped in on Christmas Eve. Very busy but the staff was on point! They were quick, courteous and extremely cheerful even though they were working during the holiday! Just all around great experience!

Hands down the best Waffle House I’ve ever eaten at but let me add I’ve only eaten here during the day. This isn’t a drunken Waffle House the cops in this town don’t around.
Service is always good. Food is always hot and better than expected for a Waffle House. Coffee is it’s not fancy but is pretty good and fresh for what it is. It is usually clean unless they have been super busy but they are good at cleaning up fast.
You can’t beat the price for breakfast in Jonesville/Elkin.
One thing I would not recommend in a burger but that’s as expected for a breakfast joint. happy munching.

What a pleasant experience! The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Our waitress (Maggie I believe) is wonderful!!! Bacon crisp, eggs delicious and hash was perfectly soft yet crisp! Waffles are great too. Recommend.

The service was quite exquisite. The hashbrowns were very posh if I do say so myself. It was as if Gordon Ramsay himself had crafted them. I will be returning within the next fortnight after my trip to see the Queen. Cheerio!!!
