Was there three days ago, as soon as I pull up I hear through the intercom “alright I’ll call you back “, which means employee was on the phone , I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with extra mayo and 2 junior burgers and one of fries . I pull up and girl is at the window texting away, takes my card in a hurry and hands it to me. I could see her prepping the bag and putting stuff in it, with one hand , and the other texting .
Kids were hungry and we wanted to just get home , once we get home, our sandwiches were mixed up , the burgers had the extra mayo and the chicken ones barley had anything on them, which clearly says a lot . She payed 0 attention to what I requested . The quality a couple years back was good but it’s been deteriorating little by little, don’t know if the owner or whom ever is in charge , doesn’t see the cameras , or if they really just hire anyone who shows up .
Also wha others have said about the strong weed smell, it’s true . The ppl who are hired are always fried and can barely even take the orders.
Please Burger King do better and find some people who actually want to work, not ppl who just want the money but not the job.

Crispy chicken sandwich overcooked (not juicy at all) and dry. Bun tasted partially stale, not fresh. I come here less and less because the quality of the food is inconsistent. Restaurants around here are charging more for food, so I exect to get a better product if I’m paying more for it. Probably want to pass on this Burger King, there are better options.

This place sucks customer service is horrible managers are rude. The district manager is very rude. They need to shut this place down and I’m a concerned citizen. My food was very cold. I have one piece of lettuce on my sandwich and I’m going to call your headquarters. You’ll suck. I hope you get it together.

I was waiting there more than 10 minutes. Did not have a customer service and she came after 10 minute and told me it’s time to close. We can not give any services .on duty She’s smoking a weed behind the store. And lime me on my face we are close 11:30 and online they showing 12 o’clock. And I got in the store at 11:40.

I’m not articulate enough to accurately describe how awful this burger king location is. It’s right off the highway, thus it can lure in unsuspecting people who are passing through. I honestly dont know how this can be called a business or continue to be open.
When walking in, parking lot empty, and store empty, I should have taken the hint. First human encounter was a drunk man at the door asking for money. Then we got inside. I stood at the counter to order. 2 employees would not acknowledge I was there. I just stood there, the employees waddled around and never acknowledged my existence. While I was waiting, I glanced in the open kitchen and prep area. It looked very dirty, with old fries and rings all over. The tray that holds the sandwiches was covered in old smeared sauces. I stood there for about 8 minutes, and no employee ever acknowledged my existence. You might think, “well they must have been busy,” but they weren’t busy at all. It was the strangest, worst resteraunt experience I’ve had.
So I just left in disgust.
This review is a courtesy to the manager/owner, who may be unaware how bad this location is.

I visited this Burger King at 2:45 pm on 9/27/25 after having a terrible experience at the Portage location, where they would not even accept my order.
I went through the drive-through placed a large order to feed six people. They greeted us friendly and politely. The order was correct and they even asked if I needed anything else before I pulled away. And the food was spot on delicious.

There are a bunch of flies in the women’s restroom and in the lobby. The manger that was serving me was rude and slid my half full shake across the counter without saying anything, and walked off on her cellphone.
