Hey yall l was in the area and thought to try Frank’s. Pictured is the blackened salmon. Lots of different things in the plate that paired well. Very tasty! Perhaps l will return. Some of the waitresses need to brush up on their customer service (attention to detail, manners, and care).

A Disappointing Return to Frank’s Pizza
My recent visit to Frank’s Pizza was a significant letdown, a stark contrast to the wonderful experiences I remember from years ago. It seems there might be new owners or a drastic change in management, as both the service and the food were shockingly poor. And for the grand total of $70 for a pizza, a house salad, mozzarella sticks, and three teas, it was an absolute rip-off.
Upon arrival, the restaurant was packed, and we were quoted a 20-30 minute wait, which we accepted. However, once seated, it took a full 10 minutes for our waitress to even approach our table for a drink order. While she was pleasant, her appearance was rather sloppy, notably with a dirty bandaid on her thumb.
The issues continued with the food. It took another 15 minutes to receive a simple house salad, which was served warm. The cheese was semi-melted, and the ranch dressing was watery and excessively salty. Our Frank’s Special pizza finally arrived after about 30 minutes, but it was practically inedible. The crust was tough, and the entire pizza was incredibly greasy and salty. I couldn’t finish it, and sadly, both my daughter and I felt sick after eating.
To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the establishment was concerning; I noticed what appeared to be mold in the bathroom. I was highly disappointed that what looked like the nice place I remembered turned into such a terrible experience. We will not be returning to Frank’s Pizza.

I assure you that you can’t go wrong with house salad thousand Island lasagna and cheesecake take out! Every single morsel of the salad perfection. The best lasagna I’ve had in years! Cheese cheese and more cheese. Quality food top to bottom, no skimps. Great atmosphere. A must visit in this area. You won’t ever regret.

Stopped in with my husband to try the oysters that are a featured special on Wednesday. We were quickly seated and the server took our drink order right away. I got the house Riesling, well chilled and an ample serving. We chose Oysters Rockefeller and then ordered our entrees. The oysters arrived quickly, very hot. They were excellent, with plenty of chopped spinach, cheese, and perfectly cooked. My entree was antipasto Italiano. My husband chose the fried fish platter. My salad was enormous with plenty of Italian meats and cheese and pickled veggies. The fish platter was flounder, cooked just right and accompanied by plenty of fried shrimp, fries and hush puppies. Our server was very pleasant and kept our drinks filled. We were extremely pleased with our meal, the service and the atmosphere. Definitely a new stop whenever we’re in Danville.

Get comfortable in this Italian restaurant, with ice cold beer on tap, and fast, courteous service! We started off with the mac and cheese bites (which could have been a meal in themselves), and then ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and the white pizza with tomatoes, cheese and broccoli. Both were absolutely delicious and the portions were plentiful!! A return trip is inevitable!
