We were impressed with our Burger and fries at this Mugshots restaurant. The beer battered fries were exceptional. The service was as good as it gets. This was the first time we had visited a Mugshots (doubt if it’ll be the last) and our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu. She gave some good advice and was very attentive to our needs. The parking was a bit difficult, had to walk 1.5 blocks to get there but we needed the walk anyway!

We had dinner at MUGSHOTS. I had the Parm-A-Geddon, Burger. I added an over medium egg to my burger. Also, I opted for onion rings instead of the french fries. Our server Will, was taking care of business, bartending and serving. Great way to be an asset to the establishment. ✨

The food is good, fresh, and well done. The sweet potato fries have cinnamon, it was a nice surprise. The decoration is very college-sport-oriented. Several TVs with different sports events around. The server was super friendly and efficient. A very good experience overall

Maybe my first mistake was ordering pasta but I work downtown and didn’t want to move very far. This is the blandest pasta I’ve ever eaten. It’s supposed to be Ragin Cajun Pasta but I wouldn’t even call it mildly upset. No seasoning whatsoever. Cold. The pasta sauce is bland and it looks nothing like then pictures. Overall pretty disappointing to eat after a long shift.

We went for my birthday lunch. The food was great except the salad was the size of a side salad but was a main entree salad with chicken. I kept having to remind the waiter of what we needed or asked for. Getting refills was difficult.

First time actually getting into the restaurant (Parking in that area is wild). We got in and was seated quickly we ordered a variety platter(fried mushrooms, cheese tots, southwest eggs) everything was amazing!! Also tried the philly sandwich with the beer battered onion rings! This is our second time going in the afternoon and there was no wait. This time the service was much better. I had the chips and queso for an appetizer and Hicks Chicken Philly and sweet potato fries for my main dish. The queso was not very warm so it did not stay melted for long. It had a yummy flavor though it was sticky. The sandwich was good, but the sweet potato fries were overdone which was disappointing. Even my husband who loves them said they weren’t that good. I will say I was thankful for the choice of a GLUTEN FREE bun. All in all both times have been a 4 star experience.

Today I arrived as soon as they open, my order was taken by Kelly. I brought 2 burger meals and also an extra meal the Cajun Chicken pasta for my husband to take for lunch later that day. Our burgers were burnt and the Chicken pasta was burnt looking. I called to talk with the store manager ( Brittany) to let her know that my husband and I did not like the food nor had the Cajun chicken that I purchased had been touched. She asked me to send her pictures of the food which I did, and in her response she told me I will get a refund back for the food. She never asked if I would like a replacement for the food she just told me I would get refunded my money. My order came to be $59.10. Later in the day I returned to the store to pick up my envelope with my money in it , it only had $3. So I asked to speak with Brittany and I was informed that she had already left the store for the day. I asked the manager that was there at the time if he could call her on the phone so I can talk with her which he did and I let her know that the $59.10 was not in the envelope that it was only three dollars. She stated to me that that was the store policy for me to only receive that amount which I didn’t understand because there was not the conversation that we had over the phone. My husband told me to leave the money where it was and that we would contact someone about the situation. So here I am.

The food was okay, but the service was disappointing. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, and it took a VERY long time for our waitress to take our order and bring the food. On top of that, I ordered a milkshake that was so small it came in a water cup, which was ridiculous. The entire experience lasted over two hours, and we couldn’t even get refills because the server seemed overwhelmed. To make matters worse, the automatic gratuity for our group of seven felt unfair given the poor service. I won’t be coming back.

Great burger! Juicy, cheesy, and perfect. You can’t go wrong with any burger on the menu. Really good fries too, and normally I don’t prefer the large cut fries. But these are crispy and have good flavor. Good beer selection with everything from local brews to Budweiser.
