We were craving some vanilla ice cream cone from McDonald’s and we got them! To my surprise the girls from the window asked us if our boys could have a pup cup. I didn’t even know they did that here and of course we had to get one. I didn’t catch their names but thank you girls so much our boys loved it!!

The crew was very courteous and even filled my thermos. I don’t mind if you have special orders The drive-thru stays busy probably a large percentage of the business but the inside is very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless.

We asked many time repeat the order so their no miss understanding and everything the order is wrong and they dont seem to care I take my food back many times and nothing. My wife went up their a few days ago and they wouldn’t even talk to her it was a huge problem. I asked for the cooperates number and they didn’t want to talk to me. I know the holidays suck but I am always nice ans respectful and try not to get upset but 3 time in one night and act like it my fault excuse me. If anyone know the number for corporate let me know.

Everyone on their phones, rude when asked any type of question at all. Ordered at night around 9:30-10:30 pm. Completely disrespectful and forgot two items on my order that only had three things. When asked if everything was in the bag the female worker rudely responded with an attitude, it was a doordash so they werent able to check. It was missing almost the entire order and both doordashers did let me know the horrible conditions with the store as i had to RE-ORDER due to them forgetting most of my order. Doordash did a good job handling the situation.

Walked in to place order, very chaotic. 3 friends, customers talking to one of the workers while 2 Uber waiting for their pick-up and none asked assisted me after waiting exactly 6 minutes decided to go somewhere else. No such thing as fast food or customer service. This store has gone down in both areas.

Come on McDonald’s , my pancakes clearly looked like they were dropped on the floor and picked up and put in the tray. Is this how you serve people … the pancakes had some type of grains on it ( must be from the floor) it’s not right the employees clearly should have seen it — GROSS DID NOT Eat BEWARE people CheCk your food

And this is why I haven’t been to McDonald’s in over a year. First time back and this is what they served me for over 20 dollars. Mind you these are 2 meals that they put into one plate. It took 3 people to talk to me for them to figure things out. No one wanted to talk about this. And the girl that is at the window really needs some customer service help. I don’t knew her name but she seemed black and I only say that to describe from the other people. She told me to take my drink. Sir! Take your drink! This will be my last time. I can see now why this place is heading down hill. At least he service with a smile. That i could if dealt with.

the people were all rude and they didn’t have gold sauce and were RUDE abt it. it’s so funny bc my friend had gold sauce on her snack wrap???? like put the sauce in a container or something….. will be going back to my go to mcdonald’s.
