This cheeseburger is a culinary touchdown, a masterpiece in a world of bland food. The juicy beef patty, cooked to a succulent medium-rare, is a thing of beauty, a flavor explosion that would make anyone a convert.
A slice of bold, majestic cheddar cheese melts into a rich, earthy layer, a perfect complement to the beef. The squishy, buttery bun is the ideal vessel, sturdy yet soft, and toasted to perfection. The symphony of fresh toppings—crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and zesty pickles, with red onion —dance across the palate, each adding a perfect crunch and tangy contrast.
Paired with a side of crispy, classic fries, this meal is a delightful experience. It’s an American comfort food classic executed flawlessly, a high-quality, memorable burger that I would gladly order again. A solid 9.6/10. They have frozen custard too.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and I understand that restaurants are especially busy during the holidays, but tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing—especially since this is my local Culver’s.
I placed my order through the mobile app for curbside pickup at 9:30 PM, as I always do. After waiting well past the pickup time, I finally realized it was close to 9:45–9:50 PM with no sign of my order. I sent my daughter inside to check on it, only to be told that our curbside order had mistakenly been marked as carryout. We received a brief apology, but no further explanation or effort to make it right. Had we not gone inside to ask, we likely would’ve still been waiting.
By the time we got home, all of the food was cold. My chicken sandwich was poorly made, the fries were heavily salted despite requesting no salt, and the soda was flat. My daughter’s food was also cold. What should have been a simple dinner ended up being completely inedible, and I had to throw it away—money wasted.
I’m extremely disappointed in the service and overall experience tonight. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location for a while.

Really good. They are like Chick-fil-A in the all of their employees are super nice. Well trained in customer service. And the product is excellent. I can actually get some fairly healthy offerings there. Prices? Everything’s expensive these days. But Culver’s at least has good food, well prepared .

Stopped on my way to a work event. Wanted to grab a quick bite and Culver’s never disappoints. Grabbed a kid’s chicken tenders meal. As always, the food was excellent. The only reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5 was length of time. With an empty parking lot and no one else in line, it shouldn’t take 15 mins for a kid’s meal. 6 cars in line, full lobby….I have nothing to say but empty, 15 mins is a but much.

This place is the new premium now that Steak n Shake has gone downhill. Impeccable service and affordable yet high quality food. You might have to wait a bit because it’s freshly made, which is a fair trade-off in my mind.

Do NOT eat inside. Waited 30 minutes to get our order, while watching them pump out over 50 car orders from the drive thru. When I spoke with the manager, she was getting snippy with everyone and told me that the GM told her that drive thru orders are the priority. So if you want delicious Culvers food fast (or faster) go through the drive thru!

Im not sure what is going on with this culvers. I went inside and the order expiernce wasn’t top notch but we got it done. While waiting for food there was another employee with shirt hair and blue rubber gloves. She was answering the phone, grabbing dirty rags and wiping off trays, talking to employees that were trying to complete transactions with other employees. All with the dame gloves. When my food was done she set down the dirty rag and grabbed my sandwich, cheese curds with the same nasty blue gloves. It will be hard to keep coming to my favorite culvers as this is my first time going in. I have always trusted them from the drive thru. Gross

This is the second time I’ve been through the drive-through the first time they messed up my order, but I decided to give them another chance so I drove through and got chili. What I got was a bag with chili inside no spoon no napkins that’s it. I went inside. The guy handed me a bag with a spoon and napkins and didn’t even say a word. The manager needs to teach these people some manners that’s unacceptable. I’m sorry I was on the road for work. How am I supposed to eat chili with my hands? I won’t be going back.!

I always enjoy coming to Culver’s for some ice cream. Today was one of those days, valentines Day with my daughter after some shopping. We ordered an oreo mixer and Root beer float. There is normally not a wait, but be careful after dinner time as the drive-thru gets packed. Service is always good here.
The general manager was training a new employee today and was very hands-on. Chicken tenders and fries are always a good choice for the kiddos. There is plenty of parking and outside seating when it’s nice outside.
Bathrooms were clean, and so was the entire dining room area. It was busy today, but good experience.
