Had lunch here on 12/03/25. Server was polite. I asked for pick 5 and water to drink. Some of the items have up charge. I was charged $0.42 for water and $0.32 for a service fee. What a rip off. The seating area was a discrace. There was mud on everything. The floor was a disaster, they even wiped their muddy shoes on the legs of the tables and chairs. All the table tops were a mess.

The cashier said, “What do you want?” when I pulled up, and “is that all” when I finished. Then she said my total when putting a hand out for my card. Other than that, she said nothing to me. When she handed me the food, she just glared at me like I kicked a kitten in front of her.
The food itself, and I don’t say this lightly, was inedible. There was so much grease in the buns you could squeeze it out. There were grill scrapings in the food, and the fries were hot on the outside but still crunchy and cold inside. I spit it out and threw it away, which I have done maybe twice in my life.
I was taking my young son here to try it, and even he said the lady was mean and the food wasn’t good.
I wish I could get my money back, but it’s not worth dealing with the staff. I just won’t go near it again.

Went to the drive thru and the lady asked for my order and as I try to always do I asked how she was one word response fine. I enjoy chili on my burgers so I asked were they serving chili and before I could finish my question she said rather nasty not until winter. I pulled up to the window didn’t speak just told me my price, my card was declined because I didn’t move my money over before I got there, that’s on me. I moved the money and handed her the card she handed me my card back and then my food.I checked the food and as I was doing so she let out a very loud and noticable huff, I asked her if she was having a bad day she said very rudely no and slammed the window. I am in the retail business and would never allow an employee to interact this way with a customer. Shame on this company for allowing that type of attitude.

I’ve never tried Krystal before but we decided to stop by the other day. Honestly I was a little surprised. It was definitely better than I expected. I wouldn’t mind going back and trying some other items. Definitely a good stop if you’re looking for some quick and easy fast food.

No signage except one, that said “use other door” so I went to the other door and a lady scrambled over quickly, met me at the door, and said in a loud, and rude tone “we’re drive through only!!” And quickly slammed the door shut, so I took my money to the very pleasant Thai people next door.

This is the worst Krystal ever. My friend and I walked inside Krystal on Friday night while the door was unlocked and the employees were hanging around just chilling and told us to walk out because they were closed on the inside. They acted like we were a nuisance and they didn’t want us ordering food.

Not sure if it is only this location, the Krystal buns seemed to be getting smaller and the meat does not covered the bun and is getting thinner. I have seen thicker smashed burgers. The single price for one is $1.79. That is 80 cents per bit. This will be the last time I will get this over priced bun (no meat to speak of) with a pickle.
