I LOVE coming to this Waffle House!
I usually come in on third shift, several times a week, either on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays.
The prices are affordable. Every time I have come in it has been really clean, including the restroom.
I get prompt service. All the servers I have met are very friendly. The servers and and cook greet me right away and make me feel welcomed.
My glass never gets empty, because the servers, and even Shawn, the cook/supervisor, are quick to offer me refills. They treat every customer as a friend, which elevates the dining experience. Alex, Preston, and David (when he was working third shift) are hilarious. Shawn and these servers work great together as a team.
The food always comes out quickly, hot, and exactly as I ordered it. The food is ALWAYS FIRE! Especially the omelets, Texas Cheesteak Melts, cheesy eggs, and the steaks which are cooked to perfection. It’s fun to hear the servers call the orders and watch Shawn cook the food.
The delicious food, awesome service, and clean environment with music from the jukebox truly make this Waffle House my Waffle Home.

I mean, who doesn’t love waffle house. Also, I would like to say how wonderful this team was working together on Sunday, 11-10-24. The tall guy working the line was so patient and spoke to the employees with respect. It looked as if he was training someone, and I must say he was leading with kindness! The lady in a black shirt who cashed me out was smiling, and it looked like she was having a great day! These people deserve lots of recognition and praise for all their hard work!

4th in the “please pull forward” area, with three other vehicles asked to do the same, we waited over 15 minutes and helped McDonald customers who were also waiting. They cleared the wait area and the drive through, and still we had to wait. And then had to go in to ask about our meal. B.S. you were not even short staffed to have had us waiting that long.

Wait staff was lethargic at best but not unkind. Food was much too salty. My beef and onion on hash browns was missing the onions and the meat was so salty I initially wondered if it was spoiled. The hamburger patty was also too salty. Hashbrowns were mediocre. We were excited to go because we have had great food and service at other locations, but disappointed that we did.

My wife and I had a great experience here! We rarely go out to breakfast, but we both had a Saturday morning free and she wanted to take me here, as I’ve been mentioning that I want to eat here. We each got a breakfast bowl and some coffee, and split a waffle. With tip it was close to $40, but it was really good and the service was fast and friendly. I believe we will be back some day!

I had the pleasure of having black thunder earlier this week he is the ONLY cook that can actually make a proper omelette not that burnt mess I get other nights I swear by it and I always have to have his grits to go with it.
A great cook and he’s quick to let you know haha
I am disappointed I only see him here and there he’s a delight to talk to as well if you get the chance to catch him when he’s not busy tending to others ! His servers are a unpredictable bunch I’ll leave it at that

I had been coming back more with the new cook “black thunder” excellent food and great service but recently it’s been a different cook food just isn’t as good nor is it as fun the server I usually have David and the likes are pretty fun crowd but unfortunately I won’t be coming back until I catch black thunder again

All the tables were dirty, waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged, took my drink order and never got my drink had to walk up to the counter and ask for it, my steak melt was great but my hashbrowns were soggy. It was me and one other table, and the guy complained abt how slow it was could still couldn’t do his job.

Me and my boyfriend came to this location this morning and when we walked in, dishes were everywhere on the table and there was nowhere to sit because of the dishes that were piled up on the table. Establishment had no straws and when we asked for a styrofoam cup, it had dirt in it. We didn’t even get to order food because of the state of the restaurant and how there was only one waiter and one cook. Other waiters or waitresses were nonexistent. I’ve been to some pretty bad waffle houses but this took the cake
