Worst McDonald’s ever. Must be a franchise owner that is untrained and definitely didn’t attend McDonald’s University.

If you go, go knowing you will enjoy the back door trots

Where to start? I walked in at 9:30am on the button on a Friday morning. I ordered with online app at 9:25am. I am a patient person, but this was non-sensical to say the least. My order was a Sausage McMuffin, Hashbrown & Frap. I was there until 9:54am. It took them 29 minutes from start to finish. There was a long line of people in the drive-thru, however this was less than exceptable.
What I experienced was a manager reprimanding employees for not cleaning messes, zero organization and overwhelmed workforce. It appeared that no one had an assigned post as the employees were moved from collecting orders at the front, to preparing online orders, to running the drive through and so forth. What it created is absolute chaos and an unbelievable turnaround time. There were two workers that were doing their absolute best as they were being yanked around. The two folks that were checking and distributing the orders, lady with eyelashes and a young man with a ponytail working the front. Both had great attitudes and were trying their very best. Besides that, it was a disaster. I’ve been to this Golden Arches before for breakfast and not much has changed.
It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but I wanted to forewarn people after running into the same issue several times now. I could have actually sat down at Our Place, “which I strongly suggest you do” if you have the time and been out the door in the same amount of time. In the future I will do just that. If you are looking for a quick bite in the morning, plan on anything but Ocean Shores McDonald’s. As for Lunch and Dinner I have no idea how the service is, I just know breakfast is a nightmare.

Only fast food restaurant in town and they take advantage of it by not being fully staffed. Used drive through for breakfast, cars in drive through and pulled up behind a car who was waiting to place order.
By time I pulled up to place order to pulling up to receive my order took 14 minutes.

We went inside to order, and after placing my order, my daughter realized she ordered the normal chicken sandwich but meant to order the deluxe. When I asked the girl at the counter to change it and I’d pay the difference, she told me they only had 4 people working and wouldn’t do it. Why is that my problem? We were given a number sat at our table and waited and waited. While we were waiting, a gentleman came in with what was clearly his bag of food he got from using the drive-thru. His food was wrong too, and there was another guy waiting for nothing but ice cream.

We went through the drive-through with 3 cars in front of us, and we waited for probably 15 minutes! I don’t think I will be going to this location again, which is too bad because we went to this location both times we came to the beach. We don’t live locally.
This McDonald needs help, new management or more employees. This is one of the slowest fast food restaurants I have been to.

The workers are really nice, but the food is awful. I’ve been going here off and on for over a year now and I still have yet to get hot food. I don’t know what the problem is, but there definitely is one.

They have by far the worst fries ever. Don’t buy them. They don’t know how to cook them. They are always under cooked. They are just soggy and mushy. Out of a large you can find maybe 10 edible fries.

Clean parking lot and drive thru. Fast line. Tried to get me to give cash. Not happy I wanted to use my card (for points). Closed the window as soon as I took my card back. I tried to get her attn for my receipt. She finally opened the window. Was not happy she had to find my receipt. Cold chewy fries.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The staff appeared to be bumbling and almost comedic if they ever smiled. Which they dont. Ordered with the app and an empty drive thru and managed to wait over 30 minutes.

This was a drive thru order. I ordered medium diet coke with my meal. It looked like a small. I questioned it and said they it was a medium. I left and they given me a root beer. The sandwich was good and as usual the fries were cold.

Long waits, even in the drive thru. Last night we ordered 3 McCrispy sandwiches, when we got home there were 3 McChicken sandwiches in the bag. We were asked 3 times if we wanted McChicken, said no we wanted McCrispy (usually order Crispy chicken deluxe to avoid confusion). STILL got the McChicken sandwiches. Not uncommon to get the wrong item at the Ocean Shores McDonald’s, and long waits even when there are few if any other customers. Won’t be going back, such a poorly managed store.
