This place needs an adult. Its not understaffed at all, but the lack of management and training is obvious to anyone thats ever worked in the service industry. They cant handle pressure and start to break down almost arguing on the line because they dont want to have to help another teammate out. This is the last time I’ll be going to this location, I didnt even mention the fact that they only gave me 2 tacos. Do better. Went on 1/22/26

Bought a burrito double chicken the other night. Food was cold, they was out of almost everything no pico, no corn. Than they wrapped my burrito sloppy. Just a horrible experience. The sad part this was my favorite Chipotle. The burrito came apart when eating it and spilled everywhere.

Arrived a few minutes past 6:30. Due to the time of day the longer line wasn’t surprising, but the fact that there was only one employee handling the line as well as pickup orders was ridiculous. There was a second employee who was solely only chopping meat. In the long 30+ minutes I was there I never once saw her do anything else or interact with anyone. There was a third employee in the back who appeared to be prepping things or possibly online/pickup orders. Not quite sure because the one girl working the line was also grabbing and handing out pickup orders. This same employee was wearing gloves and handling the cash register as well as food. Not once did I ever see her change her gloves. I watched her help many patrons wearing the same pair of gloves.
I ordered a salad and was not told at that time that there was no dressing. That definitely makes a difference and was the purpose of my order, hence it being a salad. I would have ordered a bowl if I didn’t want or care about the dressing.
Further down the line other multiple items were out/not available. I have not returned to this location in quite sometime because I had a bad experience previously. I thought I would give it another shot but it did not go well. This location appeared to be very under staffed. The customer service was lacking. There was a long pickup line for online orders.
After reading others reviews on here it is very apparent that this location needs some improvements.

Came in at 8pm and the restaurant was empty with 3 employees working. We received no acknowledgement of any kind. After almost 5 minutes of standing there one empoyee came near us. We said hello and still no response. Felt invisible. I know they have takeout orders to make but a simple “be with you in a moment” would have been appreciated. We took our business elsewhere. Do not recommend.

I’ve only been once, today, and I don’t feel appreciated. I came and asked for a chicken bowl with double portions and it came out about the same size as a regular bowl with regular portions. I asked to double-check if the portions were correct and the older white gentleman told me it was already doubled. When I got home I was dissatisfied with the weight of the bowl. My partners bowl was more full with a regular portion. Please do better servicing grown people with grown portions. We pay too much for this.

On 2/2/26 I ordered on the Chipotle app for pickup at 4:50 PM. I got there at about 4:45 PM and there was an unusually long line of people waiting at the pickup stand. I did not walk out of the door with my food until 5:40 PM.

Some people got tired of waiting and just left, but myself and others went to go find out what the hold up was and it turns out there were simply out of steak. So instead of a manager or employee coming out and explaining to the 10-15 people waiting… they just ignored us and forced us to wait. If I had known steak was the holdup I would have just ordered something else.

This location is horribly managed. They don’t have basic menu ingredients ready during dinner time. And they don’t care about making people wait. I asked for a refund because it’s not right to make people wait an hour for some steak. The manager on duty said since we ordered on the app there was nothing she could do. I will not be returning to this location.

I visited on 2/17 at approximately 5:30 PM and unfortunately had several very unpleasant experiences during my visit.

First, I observed an employee sweep rice off the metal counter and place it back into the main rice container. Seeing that was extremely concerning and unsanitary.

Second, the restaurant appeared to be short-staffed, and the employee serving food was also operating the register. I watched her check out the customer ahead of me and then, without changing gloves, immediately begin preparing my order. She used the same gloves to handle the cheese and lettuce that were placed into my bowl, which felt like a clear cross-contamination issue.

Third, the restaurant was out of chicken, so I patiently waited for the next batch to be prepared. However, they were also out of sour cream. When I politely asked if she could retrieve some from the back where to-go orders are prepared, her response was noticeably rude.

Lastly, there were new flyers on the tables stating that creating a rewards account would provide a free guacamole instantly. I followed the instructions, but the reward did not appear in my app. When I asked about it, she responded, “I don’t know, it’s probably after the first purchase.” I explained that the flyer specifically says “get free guac instantly” and kindly asked if it could be honored. She replied, “I don’t know, it’s not my problem. I can’t do anything about that.”

Overall, I left feeling very disappointed. I’m not someone who typically writes negative reviews, but the combination of these issues compelled me to bring this to management’s attention. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite and respectful, which made the experience even more discouraging.

I would appreciate a response from management addressing these concerns, as well as clarification on how this will be handled to prevent similar issues in the future.

One person at the grill prepping food for the line, one person working the line and the register, Meanwhile, two employees chatting in the back while the customer line wraps around the restaurant. One of the people chatting in the back is wearing a button up polo, which the last time I checked, meant they were a manager. Having worked at a chipotle all through college This kind of slow service at the lunch rush with employees standing around is pretty astounding.

After waiting in the same line position by the door for 10 minutes, I got tired of waiting and walked out.

I go here often and it’s great but this time I had an amazing experience. I actually placed my order at the wrong location and when I talked to Hailey the one of the managers she was sooo helpful! She wrote the things I ordered on a piece of paper and was immediately on it! She was super nice and I didn’t even feel like I was being an inconvenience to her at all. She was super kind! Also garret talked to me and was super kind and I can tell he loves his job! I only have amazing things to say. Best chipotle ever! 🙂
