Update* they told me to put in a formal complaint on the website but there location doesn’t pop up under Virginia Beach, so how am I supposed to do that, will be seeing district manager Monday, this is literally a circus! …and that’s per the owner
They thought it was funny I was coming back for my return… I asked them what was the joke and that I wanted in it and they didn’t have an answer.. Even after re making my food.. and giving my money back they forgot to give me my burger of part of the return…. How do you mess up 3 times in a row… especially on the return you literally forgot the main item! Tighten up! That was 21$x2 you just lost, may not be much but I wish I could take my both my tips because this was the worst service I’ve ever had will be calling again the am, not even about the money this time it’s about how bad your service is I came to this location bc it was the “nicer” location

It’s crazy that a regular fry is 7$ and it looks like a small . I remember when they use to actually put fries in the bag and the cup , not just the cup . I wil not be going back to this location ever again . 3 rd time I been skimped on fries . Train employees better , do better . Y’all make enough profit with the outrageous prices already the least you can do is please your customers . I recommend saving your money and eating else where . You will spend 40$ for the same 10$ meal at Wendy’s .

Have you been here a few times. Food is always delicious hot and fresh service is always friendly and fast. Good prices for great food Burgers hot dogs shakes simple menu but good food. If you’ve never been be sure to stop in and try it it’s worth it keep up the great work will definitely be back again

Waited 14 minutes with 2 burgers in front of me for a hockey puck of a fried burger for 13 dollars. The American experience gets better everyday. Whomever is the manager fire everybody and then find another job managing a dollar store because you shouldn’t be in charge of people’s food

Great, quick, professional service. Burgers were delicious and well worth it. A medium fry feeds 4 so keep that in mind. The quality makes it worth the price.

I remember going to Five Guys right after graduating high school. What makes this place stands out is it authenticity and atmosphere. The milkshakes here are literally the best I have tasted in a while. My only complaint would be how expensive they are. After purchasing a bacon burger, fries and milkshake my total came up to be $17. However, I am paying for the quality of the food so I understand.
