My son and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Woodbridge to watch some Saturday college football, and we had a great time! The service from our waitress, Brittany, was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, especially the wings, and the atmosphere was perfect for watching the games. With so many TVs, it was easy to catch all the action, and the place was clean with a really good vibe. Quick service, excellent customer care, and an all-around fun experience. Highly recommend!

HINA! Girl you don’t know how good it feels to get a server who knows how to take a order! I appreciate it.. I don’t come here too often but when I do the burgers are always delicious and the wings are crispy just like I like them! The drinks were good but not as liquored up as I would expect.

Excellent customer service from a young lady named Joanna! Everything was great..just needed a few more staff members… I felt so bad for their shortage which was clearly on the back of 1 individual. Management needs to do better! Even tho she was basically the only 1 handling the bar and service she did a phenomenal job and most of the patrons were patient and kind to her as we all watched how she did everything possible to serve us all. Thank you Joanna! Keep up the great work ethics along with that awesome smile and beautiful attitude. Kudos to you!

This is my second time at this establishment and the outcome is still the same. The bartenders pay no attention to the customers coming and going. I felt like I was being held hostage, waiting to close out my tab. Then when my Togo order finally was ready, I get back to my hotel and find there no sauce for my wings at all. Called 6 times and the one time someone answered they hung up. Such a poor excuse for service!

we went for lunch recently. 4 member family. Initially they asked us to sit at a table and after we settled in , the host came and asked us to move to a different table. She didn’t tell us the reason. The new table was not clean. Water or some other drinks was spilled all over. On our request, she came and cleaned it and the service person came and she was not at all pleasant or friendly. She was arrogant while explaining the order choices. Someone else delivered the food and our server neven even checked on us if everything was ok. Won’t be coming back.

Don’t bother going for lunch on the weekend. It’s super crowded, they only have around 3 waiters for the entire restaurant. We had to flag down a waiter because no one knew we had been seated by the host. We waited so long for food that our waiter took someone else’s from the kitchen because it had truly gotten awkward how long it had taken to be seen, got drinks and then food. Drinks took around half an hour, food a full hour. Also, don’t bother to get sauces, they won’t come. Their fries have also sucked for years. Unless you’re going there to watch a game, go literally anywhere else in Woodbridge. If you need their wings, go on a weekday and just order pickup, you have a much higher chance of them getting your order somewhat correct.

The worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. Sat at the bar on a Monday at 4 PM for 20 minutes with zero service. Not even a greeting. And they were not busy. Better management and better employees would bring better business.

Came to watch the Monday Night Football game and they only showed the Manning Cast, rather than the traditional Telecast. Management refused to change the tv to show the actual game. People go to Bduns to watch sports, not eat mediocre food.

I visited the restaurant on 10/31/25 around 7 PM to put in a pick up order. The manager was attentive I watched her train a new guy at the hostess station after she tended toba complaint about a waitress in the dining section. The guy at the cash register was friendly, but when I opened my order when I got home the French Fries were like wood and appeared to be recycled from somewhere. They had to be the worst French Fries I ever had, and there’s no way anyone is checking the food quality leaving the kitchen.
