This place has gone downhill! The food is horrible, and the wait is ridiculous Tried it twice but never again. I wanted chili and they said they no longer carry it. So I got two sides of mashed potatoes, which were about 2 tablespoons each and chicken and noodles. The chicken and noodles barely had any chicken in it and look like it sat for days. The rolls were so hard. I was pounding them on the table and have a video to prove it I ordered carry out and they told me 20 minutes and I waited 40 minutes

I would actually give this location zero stars if I could. It’s the worst bob evans I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. I’ve grown up going to bob evans. It’s a quick cheap weekend breakfast go to in my household. Or use to be. I’ve also visited this location in person with family, and had various negative experiences. Burnt coffee. Hair in my sister food which they didn’t even offer to compensate after we showed them. As you can see in my photo they not only burnt this meal, but also barely added any gravy to my cup and gave me less than half a serving of hash bbrowns.This was actually laughable and I will be reaching out to corporate for a full refund. Obviously nobody has been visiting this location for quality control because at this point I can guarantee what ever you get from here will be burnt and poor temperature if your lucky enough to actually receive what you’ve paid for, and may come with a side of hair.

I was there pretty early for breakfast and only 1 other customer. Waited 15 min for water and someone finally took my order. The server was very friendly and cordial. The food came out quickly and served. Food was pretty good rather typical for Bob Evans breakfast. Recommended but note you might have to wait although the location appears empty.

The cutlery was dirty, I had to wash them again. 3. categorically do not buy coffee, because it is machine and in addition they add cream there Although I didn’t ask for it. The positive food was delicious. I recommend cafe but not for permanent use.

Went a few weeks ago. So this was my first time eating here and I ordered Togo. The service was nice and atmosphere was nice. This was during the week, during breakfast time. I would like to go and sit one day just for the heck of it. But I will not be ordering what I got.

Dined in today , got sat down. All the servers were not acknowledging us even the one server whose section we were in. The servers just kept staring at us but yet, not helping us. We sat there for almost 30-45 min until we got help because my sister had to get up and tell the host we still haven’t had help yet. Service was absolutely terrible and I’m very disappointed because it was just too many severs that came by us. The food was alright! The service was just terrible.

We waited minutes to get our food and when we got it, it wasn’t hot just a little warm. The server seemed like she was rushing us to order and brought my daughter the wrong lemonade twice before getting it right.
