– food was really good, everything was fresh and had nice flavor. Honestly for Italian food in the area this is probably one of the best places to go. Better then Olive garden and other places. Cheaper as well.

Im glad i reside close to this location so i can dine here often. The food is ALWAYS fresh and made to order. The employees are super friendly. A special mention to the older lady at the counter, and I apologize for not catching her name, she is SOOOO very nice and helpful and even told us to be careful as we were leaving cause it was starting to rain. Employees like that are few and far between.

Yesterday my husband and I went here to eat and I have to say the food wasn’t good at all. I had the loaded Alfredo fettuccine my husband had the stuffed shells with the shrimp and a side order of the shrimp. Im not going to go on and on, but as you can tell by the rating I gave to this place, I will not be back again. The only good thing about this place was the young ladies that worked there who were professional and on top of things.

Fazoli’s being one of most favorite restaurants, I enjoy the spaghetti with meat sauce as my favorite. The spaghetti noodles were overcooked a bit and were muchie. The bread sticks were very good.

I am, or was, a regular customer at Fazoli’s until today. This is what happened. Today 09/21/22 at 5:20pm I pulled into the drive through and ordered a Chicken Pesto Rotini. They thought I said Fettuccine so they charged me $8.99 for the Fettuccine then had to cancel it saying that the $8.99 should be back on my account in 3 days, but I doubt it’ll be that easy to get my money back. They then charged me $9.99 for the Chicken Pesto Rotini. When I got it I noticed that the green Pesto sauce was missing so I brought it to their attention. One girl asked the cook if he had added it to the Chicken Pesto Rotini and he said yes. I then told her that I don’t see it. She then assured me that they sometimes put it under the cheese. Another girl gave me a weird smile and I drove home. When I got home I put some black pepper on it and began digging into it only to find that the green Pesto sauce was in fact missing which made it taste bland. I included pictures of both the food and the recipes from both transactions as proof.

Not sure what they have done, but the new cheese/sauce on lasagna is horrible and uneatable. Haven’t been there for a couple of months, but if this change was intentional, I won’t be back.

I just recently came to Fazolis after work and ordered a chicken Alfredo with broccoli and extra sauce. As I proceeded to open my food when I get home , it’s Alfredo only with broccoli. I understand it’s Christmas Eve and the girl proceeded to not provide me with receipt .

Sampler player was dry. Not much sauce on spaghetti, the lasagna was good and had sauce on it the Alfredo was dry noodles with cheese onto. Need more Alfredo sauce on it.
