I had high hopes for this pizza being awesome but it just ok. It did have good flavor but the sauce was very wet thus causing the pizza to be wet as you can see in the pictures. The waitress was very good and always checking on me. The beer was good and cold.

I have tried Giordano’s in the past at other locations. This time unfortunately the pizza didn’t seem to live up to the name. Service was quick and pizza was ready on time. With the prices being higher compared to some other pizza places in the area, you would expect higher quality. The ingredients all seemed to taste like the familiar Giordano’s quality, yet the crust was very dry and didn’t have much flavor. On top of that, the pizza was very messy, there was a large amount of grease in the bottom of the box, that is now in the front seat of my car. Overall a very sloppy pizza, and to top it off it was not cut all the way through, or very evenly. Hopefully this was an off day in the kitchen. Will have to try again in the future.

First time having Chicago deep dish and it was amazing! The sauce tasted like fresh homemade marinara, the crust was almost like pastry and the cheese was unreal. So filling, service was super friendly, price was reasonable for such an over the top pizza. We loved it!

Italian beef was very good, but the deep dish was truly incredible. Every aspect was deeply enjoyable, and our server was one of the most attentive Ive had, while still giving us space. Great service all around, left extremely satisfied with a smile worn out the door.

We came to Giordano’s in Plainfield for pizza… and left talking about the service just as much as the food. Justin was our server and, honestly, this man is operating on a different level. He was insanely knowledgeable about the menu, answered every question without hesitation, and somehow remembered every detail of our order like he had a photographic memory.
Our drinks were never even close to empty — they were topped off before we had the chance to notice. The timing, the attention, the attitude… everything was dialed in. Justin is what every restaurant wishes their servers were like: professional, personable, sharp, and genuinely invested in giving people a great experience.
The whole staff was great, but let’s be real — Justin stands out as their best. If you get him, you’re winning. And do not be stingy… leave him a great tip like we did, because service like that deserves to be rewarded. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be asking for Justin by name.

This is such a fun pizzeria! The staff was helpful and fun. Our pizza was excellent, and appropriately priced. Sized portions had as taking left overs home. Clean restrooms and restaurant has adequate tables and chairs for families. Good parking spaces. Overall, definitely on my “Return to” list!

The food was good, especially the Parmesan Garlic Fries. Very good service from all of the workers. They talked about if it was our first time, how good the food is, everything to keep a mild conversation with the guest. Also, one of my keychains fell from my bag as I left without realizing, it was as soon as I got to my car that one of the staff members came and gave me the keychain back, honestly amazing work you guys and I can thank you enough! Would recommend it if you haven’t tried it yet!
