I orderd 2 Italian beef with mozzarella and jardinaro 2 gyros a double hamburger 3 piece chicken stripe and 3 shakes. I got 2 shakes 4 gyros 2 dressed like Italian beef and they did nothing about it.. not the first time they messed up but the 5th.. they said within the hour and it was almost 2 hours later when it arrived and I live a block and a half away.

Great food, fast service, and short wait time to receive food. We’ve had Chicago-style hotdogs, Italian beef, and the 1/2 lbs gyro. All filling and oh so good. Always a must stop when in the area.

I asked for extra crispy fries ypu handed me fries from the warmer… or you let it sit. I dont order ahead for this issue.

My cheese didn’t even melt the aus just is hotter than the Italian beef.
The bag was cold from sitting on the counter? While I waited for extra crispy fries packed on the bottom
Literally the mozzarella sticks sitting on top which made my fries a wet bag creating a soggy fry….
Mozzarella takes 5 minutes extra crispy fries take longer
Last straw is ordering and waiting and not being handed what you asked for…
Certainly not maintaining food temps you can’t fake not melted cheese if that beef was 165F when prepared…

Kinda sucks. I order from here a decent amount of times. Not gonna star the food because the food is always good. I called today to order pick up, guy said hold on, I said okay. Over 15 min later, and driving to the place, and turning around cause I forgot my wallet, walk in and im still on hold. Only to see about 10 people waiting and what looked like only 2-3 people working. I know this place has got to do plenty of business. Just irritated that no one picked up the on hold and even like said hey sorry for keeping you were slammed can you just hold on a little longer and I’ll get to ya. BTW still waiting on that discount I was promised from 2 years ago because your delivery driver in a silver Tahoe with a tail light out almost hit me while I was pulling into my driveway, then was talking shit to me in my driveway. I hate that your food is so good but the customer service is terrible.

I ordered the half-pound Gyro, with “The Works”. I was made to order as we waited. The pita bread was warmed, the meat and sauce was flavorful. Personal preference, I wish it had more onion, I like my onion!

4 stars because the shakes never taste right. There’s always something off about the flavor as if its artificial shake even vanilla is extremely weird

Came in dog world at about 830pm and ordered a gyro and fry with extra onion and lettuce added and an Italian beef with a sausage. The gyro was horribly made just sloppy and cold a ton off sauce on the bread and chopped onions and 2 tomatoes smashed in sauce on soggy bread with cold gyro meat on the top and not much meat at all either..They had already took the gyro meat off the spindle so that should have been a sign from the beginning it would have been threw together .. Don’t waste your time or money folks!
