Ordered online, was 10 minutes away, got to the drive thru ( only one in line, besides a car pulled over and no one in the building) was told to hold….4 min later…Told them I placed an order online, proceeded thru the drive thru…another wait….food was luke warm/ cold… there was 3 in the middle of a conversation when I got to the window. Food was still good cold, love Wendy’s, but worst location I have ever visited. For the price, I could have gone to a restaurant for a better experience. Service at this location is horrendous.

The management is rude, they all took off their name tags when a complaint was being made, said they couldn’t take the food back to do a refund or even exchange the food because ONE FRY was eaten. What in the world is going on with customer service nowadays!?

My Friend went in and order some food wanted a sundae.He brought him a frosty said it was sundae mixed up and just
keeped on so my friend just bought it. What he wanted was the new swirl which looks like a sundae.Then his order was cheese and meat no veg’s he order the double meat like it comes.Food is expensive now so you really get aggravated when your order is wrong plus employee was not fixing their mistake. Wendy’s here has always been decent! Hope they will teach thier crew to listen to the customer.Anyway I the long run it’s just food and was good just not what he ordered.

Almost every time our orders are messed up. This time upon calling the manager was extremely rude about it and said oh they mistook it for another item but it was our fault for not opening the bag/food to make sure before leaving the drive through. She eventually agreed to remake the sandwich if we came back which is good but I don’t drive which means at least one of us ends up with cold food. Her attitude was really hateful and unappreciated no more Wendy’s from that store for me.

My children and I stopped by for lunch yesterday. The kid at the counter was super friendly but made an honest mistake with my order, which caused my total to be about $5 more than it should have. I noticed it as soon as I sat down, so I went back to show him my receipt. He apologized and said he’d have his manager fix it. Manager comes and she seemed to have an attitude from the start, she told me my total was right and basically just walked off. That left me and the cashier just standing there….. so I pulled out my phone and showed him on the Wendy’s website that his manager was incorrect. Of course, there was nothing he could do to help without his manager who disappeared and left us at the counter. I guess I shouldn’t assume that managers should be friendly and at least a bit more knowledgeable than their customers on their product & pricing. I didn’t get my money back and they won’t get our business in the future. On a side note, the food was good and all of the other employees we encountered were great!

I can not believe how great the service was that I received today, the lady on the register was very friendly, helpful and kind. I had a special order for my burger with no bun and they did it perfect!! (not use to getting such great service at any fast food place) Also my doggo would like me to say how great the French fries were and trust me he is a expert on that subject. Best service I’ve ever got at Wendy’s. Thank you so much and may the lady the served me be blessed!

We used to love going here. The food was delicious and the staff was awesome. BUT….as of the past year 2024 this place has gone downhill. The staff taking orders in the drive through are extremely rude and the food is gross. For month I’ve been ordering 1 baconator double sandwich and for months it’s gotten worse. The burger patties are dry. They look and taste like they’ve been sitting out all day. And the bacon! They put 1 tiny piece of bacon snapped in half on it……..the best part of my experience is getting out of there. My family and I will not be returning to the Searcy location again.

Food was funky; the liquid Swiss cheese was gritty, and the bacon was all broken and bunched in the middle of my sandwich. I went to ask for a slice of cheese; they stood there talking amongst themselves, and then the employee shrugged their shoulders and forcefully slapped a slice of cheese into a bowl. I asked if I had made them mad; the cashier said they were all irritated because they had been having a bad morning, lacked certain products, and nothing was done for them when they came in that morning.

Well, I was nice and smiling and simply asked for a slice of cheese. They should work on their emotions instead of making it seem like all customers are the reason for their inventory not being stocked.

Plus, I looked over by the window; the wallpaper is ripping, and black mold is exposed.
