The chicken nuggets were ok, quarter pounder with cheese was pretty good. But what the heck happened to the Big Mac? Looks like sausage patties on a burger. Got to do better than that.

I got in line on a Friday night in the drive through. Waited 30 mins to get to the order window and was told at 11:00 that they were not taking any more orders for the night. This is a 24 hour McDonald’s according to their hours of operation. When i told him that I waited 30 mins in line… me repeated himself like I was deaf. Do better.

Made an online order at 10:15, there was a long line for the drive through. Once I got to the kiosk (at 10:31) They said my order isn’t available anymore. I don’t see how 1 minute past breakfast when I ordered online makes it void my complete order. So I order lunch and wait 20 minutes for my food and the person behind me gets brought breakfast. Never coming here again. (Total wait for “fast food” 38 minutes)

This was never a good McD location and the latest visit was very poor. I recently ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese as meals, 2 cheeseburger, a filet o fiah and 6 piece nuggets.
I ordered via the app and, like every time before, the food was not ready and an additional wait time in their pickup section was needed.
The order was then delivered to the car in the typical paper bag. When I got home to eat I realized the nuggets were missing, that was disappointing.
The cheeseburgers were noticably small, like much smaller than I remember them and also they were smushed, as in crushed.
Also the quarter pounder seemed smaller and the nuggets were missing.
So regarding value for money this visits was terrible.

I picked up a mobile order (placed by a friend) in the drive-thru, which is NOT 24 HOURS. They do not know how to follow directions. (See picture). When I pulled up to the first window, I told the person that I needed a receipt and I was told to continue to the second window. When I arrived at the second window, the person had to walk back to the first window to get the receipt taking over 2 minutes. After getting home, the burger was not made correctly it had no onions, no mustard, extra salt, and regular pickles.
Management here regularly does not care about quality control. I recommend that you check your order before you leave the window.

If you’re trying to order at the counter and pay cash you’ll be waiting a long time. The also have the kiosks set up to not take orders unless you pay right there. There’s other options in close proximity that have better customer service.

The restaurant was in a very poor state of cleanliness and maintenance. A broken ice machine, no napkins, trash on the floor, and filthy restrooms are all unacceptable conditions for any establishment, especially a restaurant. It’s disappointing that the staff didn’t take care of these issues or provide a better experience Overall, it was very unpleasant and I hope that McDonald’s takes steps to address these issues and improve their standards of cleanliness and customer service.

You know I just do not understand why McDonald’s on the North side cannot install Spanish printouts in the kitchen! Every time I go to the Linda Vista/Thornydale location or come here to the Cortaro location (once in awhile) my order is Never correct!! When Hiring you should make sure that people can read and understand English that is excuse they give me Every single time my order is incorrect. I’m usually customizing my food because I like Mayo, I do not like mustard and pickles & when there’s a good deal on the cheeseburgers I order w Out cheese. I guess I can’t have it My way at McDonald’s.

Owner of this store should look at firing this mid-day manager. I drove to use restaurant code for quarter pounder and the drive thru stuff didn’t allow me to order any other food. This 4 time since October that customer services has not been appericate.

Worst DQPC Ive ever had. I was genuinely concerned… went 4 to a 1 star just like that.
