Y’all! My husband and I are driving to Kentucky from Florida and we were looking for a Hardee’s to eat breakfast. Well, we never found one but I saw Jack’s and saw that they serve breakfast so I said let’s try it. Man…..once again I proved why he married me. We walked in and everyone knew everyone else. Gentlemen sitting and eating thru biscuits and gravy while talking about their Dr appts. A father and son coming in and grabbing breakfast before fishing. I see why!! We ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuits and shared a double order of biscuits and gravy. When I tell you it all came out so fast, was fresh and the butter on the biscuits melted in your mouth like sitting at The potluck after church with your Nana. The sausage gravy, chefs kiss. The level of happy and friendly of the staff was unmatched. I will look for Jack’s now before Hardee’s. Thank you for making it a great experience! I wish I took photos but we are it so fast, there was nothing left.

This is my first time ever eating at a Jack’s Family Restaurant. Jacklynn was my server & she did a perfect job & was very knowledgeable & present 🙂 I got breakfast today and I ordered biscuits and gravy with hash browns and a coke. I really enjoyed the food and the lady who served me did a great job. Everything was hot and served fresh and they got my order right unlike many other fast food chains nowadays. I need to add one of these in Texas!

This place was terrible! I travel to and from Birmingham frequently and had stopped for dinner after a long day on the road. We were completely let down. The hamburgers were cold, the bread was hard, (most likely from sitting a while), and was loaded down with so many onions it was all you could taste. The fries and service was horrible. I will NEVER go there again. Absolutely do not recommend this place.

Food was good but if I had gone to the bathroom first, I would have never even bought the food. The men’s bathroom was nasty and so was the women’s according to my wife. It’s not a case of they didn’t know it was that way either when a female employee just walked out of the women’s before my wife went in there.

I will never be back here again. To start I ordered a gravy biscuit for me, and a side of eggs and cheese for my daughter. To start off, they put the eggs in the the gravy biscuit and now she has gravy eggs. As I’m feeding her bites of egg without the gravy I see there is hair cooked into the egg. Then I call, the manager tells me to come back and I explain to him I’m at work, and can not leave. He said “I’m sorry about that, have a great day” wow! I mean just wow!!!
Update: the lady that works next to me took it back for me and they did remake it. And guess what? They gave my baby burnt eggs. I’m so disgusted with this location. And again I’ll never be back.

First time trying this place out and Not comng back. All I ordared was the Tendar Meel and I had to wait almost 20 miutes, The Boy at the Winndw was extremely disrepectful and was annoyed when I told him to corret his mistakes. Anoter Emploie talked too fst and I couldn’t keep up with what he was saying. When I finaly got my food the fries wer old and dry and the tendars were TO SMAL! hey evne messed up and got me the wrong sauses

The Big Jack was awful. The bread wasn’t soft at all. The fries were good and hot but the the burger was a disappointment. The man taking my order was friendly but the young guy at the window wasn’t and needs a personality.
