We had a wonderful first experience at a Waffle House. We sat at the counter and enjoyed every minute of it. The food was great, everything was super clean, and the staff just made our day. The team was super efficient at getting orders out in a quick, precise manner. I highly recommend the breakfast there not high class but fast and delicious.

Christmas Day 2025, did not go as we had planned. Not only did we have to take Grandma to the hospital, but the power went out in our city. All the food we had couldn’t be prepared.
There was only one place we could find open… Waffle House in Liberty.
There was standing room only when we walked in. We were placed on the waitlist and stood to the side to watch the show.
I was so impressed with my entire experience. Beyond capacity, the crew worked together effectively and efficiently. We ordered at the counter and were out in a timely manner. My entire family all said that was the best food they had ever eaten from any Waffle House. I concur.
Good job to the crew working that day.

My favorite spot but not anymore. My wife, 2yr old grandson and daughter were meeting there and they went over to a booth that had been vacated and the lady behind the counter of the booth was horrible rude and said I have to clean that table first and my wife said ok. There were 2 coffee cups and my wife loved those closer to where the lady was going to come back and wash. My grandson was wanting to sit down so he climbed into the booth. My wife then slid in by him. The worker came over and said for future reference you have to wait until the booth is cleaned. She was doing things slowly on purpose so that’s why my wife gathered the two coffee cups and moved them closer to her. A 2yr old will wait so long. The lady was so rude my wife got my grandson and left. We will have to find another location where people aren’t so rude. If you don’t want to be kind and work in the service industry, don’t!

I forgot to take pictures of the food as I was hungry and it tasted and smelled so good. The entire table could not resist digging straight in. This is a classic Waffle House and if you’ve never been to one you need to go there immediately. It is a diner atmosphere with fast friendly service and no frills. Our table had waffles, grits, really crunchy hash browns, sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches, and chicken sausage patties.

Me and my family LOVE waffle house(my dad’s fav) but we don’t go there anymore because of the staff. There were just a few people who were extremely rude, my mom went in and told a waiter that she had to go get my Lil sister from the car and we go back in, wait ten minutes and the same waiter cleans a table and walks over to the people who walked in right after us (looking at us the whole time) and tells them they can take the table.

I’ve been fortunate enough to visit almost every waffle house across America and I still like the one located in my home town of Kansas City Missouri- No matter what, rain or shine the staff is always friendly in excited to greet everyone. They remember special orders such as mine which is “no pickle or mayonnaise packet on my plate”. As my son gets older he gets bigger In bigger portions. Today he got the two egg breakfast I can’t wait till he is ready for the All Star like his dad.

I have not been a fan of Waffle house but gave it a try this morning. I will be returning it was very good, not that butter grease flavor I remember from the past. All staff was great to watch very professional and in their lane as far as delivering quickness!! Great job team members!!!!
